Show up in an unmarked truck, no licensing info, quotes and info about stuff that has nothing to do with pest control. Chimney inspection voucher,which was a joke. Showed up at home 2/11/16, right out of the truck, started talking about different services they provide, quoted over $1100 worth of services. Agreed to have dryer vent cleaned out, handled initial complaint with manager. The workers showed up in a truck with nothing on it, no markings, no license info, no tools. Mediocre service. The worker didn’t cover his work boots. Most time spent on site, he was giving quotes for other services. Left a mess, lint all over the place. Did not clean up. No tools for dryer conection, had to borrow my screwdriver. Dryer unconnected the next day when I went to dry some clothes. He was wearing a company uniform, but looked homeless. Showed up with a truck with company name and license. Wrote check for 551.63, no contact with his headquarters, told me he would come back or someone he trained would be coming back. He never asked me what color paint would be needed for repair work we had talked about. I felt I was scammed. I contacted the bank to cancel the check. Did contact the manager about correcting these issues. They showed up 2/16/16 to correct issue with chimney services but no other discussion regarding other quoted services happened. The guys that showed up on 2/16 said they had only one truck. I felt I was scammed.

Both Austin and Daryl did an excellent job. If I could I would have given them A+. They came on time, spent almost an hour, and paid attention to every details. I would strongly recommend them.

They did an excellent job in locating the problem and spent enough time to get the job done. It was not an easy job and they did it well.

Process went fine, but I expected a sheath of plastic around fireplace opening to keep dust from spreading into my living room. He used a vacuum up the chute of fireplace but dust still came out into room. Other chimney sweeps used the sheathing and it does make a difference. I have a two story house....the ladder used for roof access was short and I was concerned about the safety of the person getting on/off the roof. Fortunately, he did not fall.

Service was in depth and focused on the control of my unwanted visitors. James explained everything he was doing. Right down to the paperwork. Awesome job and customer service.

It went okay, fine. They came out like a week after the purchase date. I don't think we paid anymore than the deal. They could have maybe been a little more professional.

Initially they went on a timely basis. They tried to do an inspection at 9 o'clock at night, which I said absolutely not. There was a discrepancy in the price.

Great service. On-time, in the period specified. Very clean, laid down cloths to avoid damage and soot. Very pleased with the professionalism, communication and timing.

Overall service went well. This service was performed on a rental home and was paid for by the property management company. Nature's Own technician told our tenants that the chimney was not safe to use but the inspection report has not been provided to the management company. We are still waiting. . .

Austin from Austin was great! Amazing that his service area makes it all the way to Katy TX, and more amazing that this Austin based company was the first available to come out over the Christmas/New Year holidays. The crew was very efficient. The only thing on the ticket originally was the microwave vent cleanout, but they were so efficient they also completed the chimney and dryer vent cleanout/inspections. It's so nice to know we are bird free now in our new house. Austin was very knowledgeable too! This is our first house to have a chimney, so he gave us some tips on how to care for our fireplace and dryer vents going forward. I had no idea baby socks can get sucked up there, but in hind-sight, that explains all the missing baby socks at our old house. Oops, oh well, new owner's problem now.

Really good service provided by Austin and James. Very respectful and had a good attitude. Would definitely ask for them personally next time I need their help. Now me and my wife can enjoy our chimney in our first home. :-)

!!!BUYER BEWARE!!! - Ordered a service from Nature's Own for a Chimney Cleaning & Inspection. Was quoted $1,000.00 for the replacement of '3 broken panels' and other items. We had a different Chimney contractor, one we have used before, come out to give us another opinion - he said the panels are fine (saved us $1,000) and mentioned two other items that Nature's Own did not quote at all that should be fixed for safety reasons. Nature's Own quoted a total of $1375.00 for repairs/items that was not needed. To top it off, my tenant who met with the Nature's Own representative said that the rep mentioned that he worked on commission!

They keep sending me a bill for $80.00 despite having never done work at my property. They gave me a free estimate. And then I called them back because they missed the scheduled service date. I called several times to reschedule, someone never came out, but they still billed me.

I had a chimney cleaning scheduled for Friday between 5pm and 8pm. I received a call at 7:40pm from the technician that he was going to be an hour late and asked if we could reschedule. I agreed and rescheduled for the following Tuesday between 6pm and 9pm. I spoke with the company Tuesday afternoon and confirmed the appointment. No one ever showed up or called regarding my service. When I called the next day to find out what happened, no one could give an explanation of why the tech no-showed. They offered me a free dryer vent cleaning, which I declined. I did not want to be in the same situation of scheduling and rescheduling just to have them stand me up again.

Technician arrived later than we were told. Everything else was ok.

It was okay, not excellent. I set up the appointment online and they called me back in a week. He said he wasn't the regular guy who did the job. I was expecting an expert. He was professional. I didn't have issues for 2-3 months.

Horrible, as I mentioned above, all this company did was to set some mouse traps...they never came back to check the traps as they said they would, and were overly focused on trying to sell me a more expensive service. A complete waste of $120, the tenants or myself could have easily done the same.

It went okay. They were out a day or two later. It was okay except the material they use to spray the house was really, really strong. It smelled bad. It's the first time it has ever happened when I have somebody come and spray that they have something that was that strong. I opened everything up. It still smelled the next day. It wasn't very healthy. Just one worker came out and he was here in less than an hour. I had all the fans going and it still was there.

They arrived on time and did the safety inspection. I knew the chimney probably needed maintenance because we'd been burning wood in it for several years and had never had had it cleaned. Found out the chimney had a build up of creosote, but had not yet become hardened into a baked-on finish that could only be removed chemically. So I approved them to clean out the chimney. They did it quickly and efficiently, went up on the roof to check the chimney up there as well. No mess. Very pleased with their work.

I am going to pay an additional $1,200 to have both mortar caps repaired (one is going to be rebuilt completely) and both fireplaces will be sealed. I am going to purchase a new gas log for $99 for one of the fireplaces since the seller of my house took the gas log when they moved out and did not seal off the gas connection. I trust this company for all of my chimney and fireplace needs. The worker even called me after he had left to remind me of something that he had forgotten to write down on the estimate. I appreciate this attention to detail.

Provider was helpful and on time. An issue was discovered during the inspection and the provider was able to concern.
