Description of Work: I was trying to get the silverfish out of the house --- It did not work, so I feel the treatment was not strong enough to do the job. The tech was very nice, on time and thorough.

Description of Work: Above average clean residence still has roaches...mud hornets.

Description of Work: I bought the Rodent Exclusion Package through Angie's List, and was extremely disappointed. | |They spray ugly gray foam to seal up holes, with no regard to how it might look. The guy was not at all thorough. I had to point out very obvious holes for him to seal. | |They sealed up holes and put some snap traps in my kitchen, but did not do anything to kill the rats that they sealed in under my house, so of course they just clawed new holes into my house. | |I ended up getting my own electrocution traps. | |It was a waste of money. They didn't do anything I couldn't have done myself, and with much better attention to detail.

Description of Work: The service tech arrived as scheduled. First he explained what he was going to do and safety precautions I needed to take with our dog. Then he treated the entire inside of the house and then the underside of the house. Answered all my questions and was very professional and courteous. I greatly appreciated everything they did.

Description of Work: They performed a rodent exclusion. Very professional people. They had to come out a few times to tighten up the exclusion, but finally got it done. Were also punctual for monthly checks. | |They've been bought out by Terminix, which is a shame.

Description of Work: I was somehow put on a list to increase my services and was charged over $200 for services that were never asked for and never done. It seems like a disorganized company. It is too bad because the technician was very nice and very good.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $79 General Pest Control Treatment! That turned very well.

Description of Work: Have a many or more bugs as before their service. Serviceman advised that this was a one shot deal and no do overs. Did try to sell me a service contract. If their product works they will have to keep coming back until the problem is solved. I would not use them again, feel like I wasted $69 bucks. D.G.C.

Description of Work: I ended up signing up for the year round control. Had some confusion on the initial followup visit and billing, but got it straightened out.

Description of Work: This company, now operating as a Terminix franchise, promotes a "natural materials" approach to home pest control, but offer conventional products as well. Their customer relations (scheduling, billing, callback) has been outstanding, although they've made recent changes in business model. I've used them for a year (as agreed at the time of their original,promotional service) and have no plan to change.
