Description of Work: Came out in early December due to foul smell in attic. Tech was sure squirrel and mice were in attic. Never located squirrel but, landed 8 mice. odor bags were not installed in first visit. Subsequent visits found no mice, but,smell persists. Second visit had to be rescheduled due to company workload. I cannot assess if they surveyed entire attic for dead mice. I am paying family member to confirm and/or remove dead carcass I cleaned up all feces.

Description of Work: Their service technician was very professional and curious, but the entire transaction felt more like a sales pitch to get me to purchase more services. He did clean out my chimney but defiantly could have done a better job. There was still leaves in my chimney after he left. Finally I thought his quote to put a cape on my chimney and add some additional grout both inside and outside was very high. In summary I was not totally un-pleased with my experience but would not recommend these guys to anyone without setting the expectation that they need to be prepared for a sales pitch.

Description of Work: The provider was hired to repair a gas fireplace insert. At time of scheduling they were briefed on exact issue. Agreed they could complete the service issue. Showed up, orders stated chimney inspection. We corrected them and showed them to the fireplace. Not only did their techs have on filthy shoes but they didn't have any tools with them at all %(didn't bring in flashlights, nothing)They then proceeded to tell us that they didn't know much about fireplaces. And we should call some other company that manufactured the product. They also told us the folks who answer their phones didn't know much and it was really their fault. 5 minutes after walking in (and doing nothing) they handed us a bill for $93. I'm aware that his company offers other services, but I wouldn't let them back in my house ever.

Description of Work: Communication was bad from the start of the purchase. During purchase we were required to submit days that we would like the service, but at the same time they send an auto responder email asking me to call them to setup an appointment. |Once appointment was setup (time window of between 4 and 7), I called the company at 6 because I had not heard from anyone if they were still coming, office was closed and I got the emergency coverage night answering service. They could not get me in contact with the tech's coming, but told me they would contact them to try and get them to call me. Call never came, at 7:00 I went ahead a lit my fireplace for the night since it was one of the few Texas nights it was cold enough to lite it. At approximately 7:40 they arrived onsite. They did a basic inspection and told me they would need to reschedule. They were quite pushy about upselling me on other services not included in the basic cleaning. |I was supposed to receive a phone call the following Monday to reschedule the appointment, did not receive the phone call until Friday. Appointment was rescheduled for 11/25. They came onsite that day during their scheduled maintenance window and performed the cleaning.

Description of Work: They cleaned the chimney and alerted me to additional treatment needed due to build-up on inside of chimney. They also fixed and repainted the walls of my fireplace. I have made an another appointment so they can come out and treat the chimney once more for the build-up.

Description of Work: They sprayed with a natural combo of mints wherever I asked. This was the special I purchased. John was so knowledgeable & gave me so much info, I bought the preventative treatment against termites. He explained that spray is the chemical mix.
