Description of Work: Did inadequate sealing in attic. Bait boxes in yard were easy for "critters" such as racoons to drag around - they couldn't get to the bait (thank goodness), but were able to move from their placements. We turned to another company to handle the job properly - Omega.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for Chimney Sweep and Safety Inspection.

Description of Work: Inspected and cleaned chimney. Killed wasps in chimney. Pointed out that there is a metal insert in the chimney. They took care to protect the carpet in the room.

Description of Work: The technician who swept the chimney was punctual and efficient. He made clear that they did not treat mold but could identify it. I do not think he did a safety inspection, which was part of the deal. When I had spoken with the office beforehand, they told me in detail about the cleaning products that would be used. However, the sweep did not involve cleaning products at all, just a brush and vacuum. I was surprised by this lack of communication between office and technician.

Description of Work: chimney cleaned, he did a great job; however, we had a schedule mishap and a difficult time contacting the company over a weekend. the chimney sweep who showed up to complete the job (henry), was very knowledgeable and did a great job!

Description of Work: The technician did a great job and went above and beyond the scope of work. Overall the service was excellent. The only reason I gve them an F on punctuality is because twice they changed my appointment at the last minute.

Description of Work: The rep called at 10:45a.m. to say he would be here in 40 minutes. At 12:30p.m I saw his truck parked at my curb and it looked like he was sleeping. Shortly thereafter I saw him talking on the cellphone. By 1p.m. I finally went to the truck window to ask what he was up to since he had not made further contact with me. He told me he was ill and could not do the service. I told him to tell his office that I would be requesting a refund and he drove away shortly after. This was nearly 1:30p.m. My neighbor came by to see what was up since she had called the police when he had been slowly driving back and forth on our street. (My house number is very clearly marked!) Today the secretary called to reschedule but I declined, saying that the less than professional behavior of the rep had actually caused me to question their efficiency at all. She offerred a chimney sweep or pest removal for free but I do not need any. I told her I would be requesting a refund and she remained courteous, but I suggested that the service rep was hurting any future business they may hope to have. I am therefore requesting a refund from this business. I greatly appreciate your help. Thank you, Frank Anderson

Description of Work: They were suppose to come around 3 to 4 pm he showed u after 7pm while it was dark . He was up on roof about 15 mins and then came down and said our fireplace needs repair. He didn't clean anything out of the fire place. It was a major rip off and very unprofessional.
