Both Ryan and Henry were very professional and polite and showed up right on time. They wore shoe covers and put down all of the necessary floor coverings to prevent my floors from getting dirty. By the time they were done my fireplace looked good as new. I will definitely be using them again next year!

The dryer vent has an extra long custom built bump out to avoid dryer lint getting into our AC unit. The technician cleaned it efficiently and thoroughly (without grumbling). I purchased a new dryer soon after the service, and the installation people commented on how clean the dryer vent was.

James and Zac we great. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, took time to explain exactly what they were looking at and why. My chimney didn't need too much cleaning but they verified that we needed some work on the outside of the chimney to seal for water (which we already suspected) Provided estimate for additional work. Will be having them back to perform the repair work in the near future.

The company did a thorough chimney inspection and pointed out what repairs needed to be done. We hired them also for the repairs. Same excellent service.

Total disaster. Person was un professional. Not on time. Was not able to do required work. Left the house dirty.

This is an update to my previous review of F because they were a no-show. The company called me and rescheduled an did the service for free and were extremely apologetic. The two young men who inspected and cleaned my chimney were very personable, cleaned up everything and left no mess. The responsiveness for being a no-show the first time was certainly addressed and corrected.

Bought an Angie's list deal on 10/15/2016 for $89.00 for Chimney Sweep and Safety Inspection and immediately set an appointment for today 10/24/2016 - arrival time 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. This morning I called to confirm my scheduled time, because I had forgotten whether it was 3:30 or 4:30-6:30. So I considered that I had basically confirmed my appointment, one would think?. It is now 7:00 p.m and almost dark. how would they actually do an inspection this late of my chimney, etc when it is almost dark? No contact after waiting by the phone and checking e-mail REALLY? MAJOR FAILURE............Future customers beware!!!!!

I was notified that night that the company does not service the Florence area. I sure wish i had known this prior to paying via my Paypal Account. Now I have to fill out forms etc... to get my money back. Needless to say I am NOT happy

After having a raccoon, a possum, and a skunk making their way into the attic over a four month period, I purchased an offer for rodent and pest inspection and treatment. The service man arrived and checked out all the spaces where pests might be getting in, as well as checking areas where insects frequent. After checking the areas, I purchased additional services to close holes and secure my homes from future critters. I scheduled an appointment and the individual ran over schedule and because I wasn't able to be home, he was only able to secure the outside of the house. However, he sent several photos via text to make sure I was okay with the work. We rescheduled for another day for the interior work, which was completed promptly and efficiently. So far, the house is secure and no other critters have made themselves at home again.

James came out and treated. I'm impressed with his professional manner and because of him and the quality of Nature's Own I will be a repeat customer.

Mr. James Lukenback came and treated for acrobatic ants. He used a machine and fogged a wall. Overall I was very impressed with the job done and him.

It was a two person crew. No issues at all- they did a great job. They kept everything clean through the whole process- covered my floors to make sure dust and soot did not get on them.

The tech was horrible. He lied and made up stories about killing animals and they aren't supposed to do that. I informed his boss and said to come pick up the traps and that I was done. IT took 5 days before they actually came to get them. They were still set on top of my roof in the sun. I wouldn't advise using them.

He did tell me that the dryer vent wasn't included the Big Deal purchase. It was for a rental house.

It is always too expensive.

James Lückenbach came out and efficiently cleaned the chimney and suggested a couple minor things to correct it overall. Very nice guy and all the work done well. I would recommend the service and James.

Arrived on time and was done in about 1/2 hour. A bit pricey for the service provided.

I had recently moved into a new house that had a gas fireplace. I used them to inspect the gas fireplace. The tech was very helpful, friendly, and informative. I thought the price was reasonable. I would use them again.

The service provider arrived on time, prepared for work. It took him no time at all to inspect the roof and clean the chimney. He then located the gas lines and showed me some great preventative maintenance tricks for my fireplace. Would definitely use this service again!
