Description of Work: Technician was very professional. Was somewhat surprised they did not go on roof. When company first contacted me the guy I talked to wanted me to book deal with them directly and bypass Angie's List. I objected and said I thought that was unethical.

Description of Work: Resurfaced the top of the chimney and replaced the rain cap.It took 2 or 3 times but the renters were not available, our fault. Austin the lead technician was extremely accurate on what has to be done. He was there to make sure it was done to the highest standards. I will always use them and of most significance recommend them.

Description of Work: They did a great job. The technician did come about 30 minutes later than the "time of arrival" window but he called me to let me know about that early enough that I was able to plan for it. He was quick, efficient and left my place as clean as it was when he arrived (maybe a little cleaner, even!)
