Description of Work: They were supposed to clean chimney and inspect. They came in and immediately said the back panel needed to be replaced which I have my doubts. They then quoted a price of $600 and said they needed a 50% deposit which I provided, $300. They said they would installed the next week. Since then there have been FOUR delays and I still do not have the panel. At this time I am waiting for them to come back to me on an install date.

Good Evening, We apologize for the delay in the shipping of your back panel, however we have communicated with you and it was delayed because of the damage that was caused by the shipping company and we had to reorder your product. As explained before this item is a special order item and this is why it has taken a little longer then normal. A bad review because of the shipping problem seems really unfair for us and we are working on your back panel as soon as the shipper gets this panel to our office. Thank You, Manager John Britton
