That is the problem; it didn't go.

I was happy to go green for this service The actual service was excellent ..My problem came when they pushed for addition service dates and fees .

Representative was punctual, friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. Treated the house, both inside and out. Knocked down wasp nests and dirt dauber nests, of which there were quite a few, all for the special Angies List price of $65. Very good and environmentally friendly service.

I didn't start off with the greatest experience with this company. I had written a rather long, but truthful review and they called me shortly after the original review posted. They really want to work with me to make things right - actually, I should say John has really worked to improve things. Because it was a personal call, I decided to allow them the chance. They came through. I promised I would update my review if they continue to meet my needs. So far so good. Now, I admit - I'm still not 100% on board, but they are trying. So, I'm upgrading my review and my score. I still don't feel they have earned a score above a C yet, but if they continue to work to win me back - I'll improve their grade. I hope they have taken this experience and used it as a teachable moment with their staff. I also hope they continue to work hard at keeping me as a customer because I do like the services they offer.

The serviceman arrived punctually and performed routine pest control services. He used non-toxic chemicals inside and stronger, rain-resistant chemicals around the foundation of the house outside. He knocked down all the wasp nests and moth cocoons under the eaves of the house, and he destroyed dirt dauber mud nests. I called the company chiefly because I started seeing a larger number than usual of water bugs (very large roaches), and he said they were coming in to find water. He said the treatment around the outside foundation would take care of them, and he was right. I am satisfied with the service, and I have since hired them to perform maintenance pest control services.

It was good on the first visit and then majorly downhill after that.

I used Nature's Own last summer for a one time treatment which worked well. A few weeks ago I noticed spiders and ants both inside and outside of the house. So I called them and requested an appointment. They asked me if I wanted a warranty with the work and I said no since the treatment previously worked well enough.I had the house and yard sprayed and within three days had ant hills in the back yard unlike anything I had ever seen. Additionally, I saw more spiders in the garage and in the master bathroom. I called the company back and couldn't remember if I had purchased the warranty service with the treatment. The lady on the phone pulled up my account and said I had. She proceeded to schedule a follow up treatment at no cost to me on a Thursday evening.I received a phone call late Thursday afternoon. The lady informed me I had not purchased the warranty and I was out of luck. I am not sure why someone said I did and went through the trouble of scheduling a follow-up. But irregardless, the service did not work and now I am out $80 and wont use them again.

We had decided to try out the organic control but it just didn't seem as effective as the others.

I would recommend Nature's Own, because they meet their commitments, and follow up very well. They are also generally helpful. Nature's Own isn't cheapest service that's out there.

Great. Charles was very experienced and fun to talk to. Taught us a few things about what we can do to avoid this problem in the future. Knowledgeable about the product, called within their service window to let us know he was on his way, and apologized for the lateness, even though it was still within the window we were given.

I had no problem with them and they came out did what they said they would do. They came to do the job the way they were supposed to do it and everything was fine.

Very well. I had them come back once and the roaches are finally gone.

The company is good, and the products they use work. I haven’t had a problem with pests, and they are responsive. Their office staff is good, they get back with reminders, and the billing works well. It is just a well-run company.

John was extremely professional and informative about the ant issue that I was having. It was very obvious that customer satisfaction is his number one priority. He went above and beyond and I truly appreciate that!

I would recommend this company. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this provider again. They were professional, responsive, and punctual.

They changed their name half way through. Their main office is in Houston, but they do come to Austin. We spend about $25 a month and I got it way down because of the competition. It was about $45 a month. They inspect the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, living area and all the other places in the house to see if you need treatment in the house. We did need treatment. So, they came in and looked at a place where some ants were coming in. The ants had gone through the grout in the bathroom next to our window and into the sink. So, I had the guy come out and look at that. He then put some bait around it to have them come and take it. He said that it would kill the ants. It worked for that one, but I now have ants coming in through my shower. It’s a natural pest company. So, they use all natural ingredients. If I want them to come and use harsh stuff, they will. However, I am just doing it myself. They have been great in the past and they do come out whenever you call them. They will make an appointment within a week or within a couple of days to have somebody out here to take care of what you need. I have had them come back out and it hasn’t always worked. They are trying to be as nice to the earth as they can since it’s natural.

The guys were dressed in company uniforms and looked neat. They arrived right on time. Both spoke fluent English. They told me what they were going to do and I watched while they did it. I was very pleased with their visit. Time will tell if their application worked well.

John arrived on time with the aeration equipment and ran the aeration machine over the yard multiple times. He was happy to provide advice about any area of lawn service. The job was completed in a little over an hour.
