It went very well. He apologized for being late, and he was professional, friendly and very thorough with covering all of the areas that were supposed to be sprayed. He gave me a complete explanation of how the service works and told me that if I had any issues, to call them and they would come out. The best thing that I like is that I don't have to take off from work to have a technician come out. That saves me time and money.

The service provider was very friending and eager to please. However, the product did not seem to work well for our house. The service provider gladly sprayed again for free and explained that for this type of safe natural product, a monthly spraying would be more useful. I hate to go back to the toxic strays but I am going to because they are more effective and last much longer.

They showed up on time, told me what they were going to do, answered the questions I had, and did what they said they would.

I purchased a Groupon for one indoor/outdoor pest treatment. I attempted to call multiple times and no one answered the phone. Eventually got a refund from Groupon.

All process (schedule, quote, visit and final work) went flawless. The only complain is that one day they wanted to work at 7:00 pm and I did not agreed. They reschedule the final visit earlier in the afternoon...

I emailed the office through Angie's list and asked for information via email. I received a call from them which I didn't get for a couple of days. First suggestion is to pay attention to the method for contact ( I selected email which I would have received and called back faster). I did call and speak with Amy. She was professional and cooperative in answering all of my questions and when she didn't know the answer she said so. She put me on hold a couple of times to confirm before responding. I prefer to get the right answer so I appreciated the fact she took the time to find out. We scheduled an appointment for friday 2:30 - 5:30 with a possibility of earlier with cancellation. Juan called me at 1:00 on Friday and said he could be there early if I were ok with that. He showed up at the time he said he would (1:30). Juan and Mike (first day on job for Mike) were professional and friendly. Juan listened with interest to my primary concerns, told me exactly how they would treat and what to expect. I watched both of them and they did exactly what they said. I was very impressed with their professionalism and patience. I feel they went above and beyond what other companies would have done. This was the first treatment and first impression, I will post an update when he returns for the 30 day follow up. I was also impressed with Mike who didn't pretend to know more than he did. He was honest and did have experience and knowledge from a previous company but when he wasn't sure, he did not try to make up an answer, he deferred to Juan. I paid in advance for the whole contract and have a good feeling this company will far exceed my expectations. I will see if the bugs stay out of my house with their natural treatments. I have read that they may not work as well as the harsher chemicals but with my 2 dogs running around I prefer the green approach and feel if I have an issue Nature's Own will do whatever it takes to keep my home bug free.

The came a little bit late but called ahead to let me know. All the work was finished very quickly.

My husband and I were very impressed by the professionalism and courteousness shown by the employees. They did an awesome job and were careful to clean up any excess soot around the fireplace before leaving. We will definitely be using them again.

The two men, Frank and Jack, came out on Saturday, April 6, and got right to work. They did more than just spray our house for pests; Frank went into the back yard and sprayed the ant hills (and told me that the ants will simply move when the ant granules are poured on the ant hill (he indicated an example - a new nest right next to the old one). He suggested using a liquid ant killer. He and Jack sprayed the whole house, and the outside door openings. Jack even knocked down all the dirt dauber mud nests in the front entry and cleaned up the mess that was made. I can't say enough about this service. They were prompt, efficient and professional.

We've been pleased with them. We've used several different companies before settling on this one. Previous companies were either lacking on the follow through or very unprofessional when they did show. My first experiences with customer service contact with this company were not impressive, but they did follow through as promised and have always been polite on the phone, even if it seemed disorganized. They've since gotten their act together on the phones from what I can tell and continue to be flexible, professional, and reliable, so we'll stick with them!

We used a coupon emailed to us by Angie's List and decided after the excellent service that we would continue with a quarterly service with Nature's Own Pest Control. The arrived on time and did a complete inspection and spray. Since the initial visit we have had small flying insects and we saved one and showed it to the technician and he identified the insect and helped us find the source. They are an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone in need of pest control.

They struggled to get their act together (they showed up alomst 2 hrs late, did not complete the work the first time, etc...) but because of my calling and expressing my dissapointment, the manager made a service recovery that, in the end, made me a satisfied customer. As often is the case, miscommunication led to a number of the incidences described. The critter was never caught, but we have not heard anymore activity in the attic.

Overall, they answered my call right when I called, scheduled a service quickly, arrived on time, efficiently got the work done and stayed in touch to make sure my problem was resolved.

The technicians are very thorough in explaining the products they use and their treatment plans. They treat both the interior and exterior of our home and, apart from the occasional spider now that we're at the end of our current service window, we have not had any insect issues. The treatment spray actually smells pleasant (it is all natural) -- no overpowering chemical odors! The office has been responsive and the technicians are punctual, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend the company.

I paid $65 for a Groupon for Nature's Own. Making an appointment was simple and the staff person on the phone was friendly. On my appointment day, Blair, my service tech, showed up within the appointment window. He laid tarps around the fireplace to ensure the ash and dust did not get on my floors. He was very professional and made quick work of the chimney cleaning. It was a fairly fast process and my home was left in the same condition as before he arrived. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

They were great. They were very thorough and added the stuff in all areas. Its also eco friendly and no harmful.

I was very happy with the company. The service was good and they were very responsive. We knew that the organic option may not be as effective as other option and that turned out to be the case.
