The technician arrived right on time. He started by putting out bait for the Raspberry Ants that I had complained about. He then sprayed the entire yard, house and attic. When I made the deal on Angie's list, I didn't realize that they specialized in all natural chemicals. However, when he arrived and told me about their all natural products, didn't have any objections and told him to go ahead. The whole transaction was good except for the smell of the product he sprayed in the house and yard. I have learned over the years that exterminators have developed chemicals that are completely odorless. As the technician from Nature's Own began to spray the yard, I began to sneeze and had to get away. After he left, I had to open the windows and air the house out because I couldn't deal with the smell. it's been several days now and the ants are gone from the yard and the roaches appear to have left the garage. The odor was gone in about three days and it appears that their product works but I believe I'll go back to traditional exterminators in the future. Other than the odor, I have no complaints. If you prefer natural products as apposed to traditional chemicals and If you think you can handle the odor for a couple of days, I highly recommend Nature's Own. They did a great job.

We made an appointment for between 4 and 7 pm. The person never showed up. We received no call.

It was fine. I got it for somebody in my apartment and she seems very happy with it.

Used a coupon from Angie's List. Josh was knowledgable, had a positive attitude, and took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. Will use them again.

All the inside ants have been gone since they performed the service. On the second visit, the tech put dust in the "weep" holes outside the house. The first technician did not. Glad they did it on the 2nd visit because it will keep the wasps etc. out.

My experience overall went well. I am still seeing the pests in the home but I have high hopes that they are slowly dying off and will eventually be totally gone. The staff is friendly and professional. The pricing is reasonable. They were also punctual and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

I have waited to write this after they revisited me to see the results. I have given it 4 weeks now, and the rodents are gone so I am giving them another review. This time the person who came out actually seemed to care about the problem and worked very hard to remedy it. They had told me that since I am on a bayou and have an older house, there were many holes or entry points for the rodents, and they can squeeze through very small crevices. Unlike the technicians before, he was very thorough and found many places that had not been addressed the first time. He said the technician who did the initial treatment was no longer with the company and assured me they would stay with me until the situation was resolved. I can live in and actually enjoy my house again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out great. They did well.

Professional and courtesy. We didn't subscribe their quarterly service because I dislike the 30 day follow up charge. But I may consider to use them in the future.

Out of area, but they were still supposed to come. Never called me.

The company had given me a three-hour window, 5 to 8 p.m., and the technician, John, showed up shortly after 5. He checked to see if the interior treatment was giving us good results, and I told him it was. He then went around the exterior, asking about problems and pointing out anything worthy of attention. Then he said he'd take it from there, and would check with me before he left. I saw him over the next 20 or 30 minutes, going all over the house and yard. When he was finished, he told me what he'd done, pointed out ant hills I hadn't noticed, and checked to see if I was satisfied. I said I was, and paid the invoice. Both technicians I've dealt with so far are a pleasure to deal with, energetic and cooperative. The product they use has decent smell, and seems to be very effective so far. All in all, I'm satisfied I'm getting exactly what I wanted when I chose them from the Angie's List providers of pest control.

The service was average but on further consideration I decided it was not what I wanted. I did not realize there was a clause in my contract that required I pay 75% of the contracted amount for the remaining year. This was not made clear at the onset of service. I was given a special price for the first service based on the one year contract, the difference from the full price I would have gladly made up, but that option was never offered to me. I feel it is a form of blackmail to force me to pay the 75%, their assumption I'm sure being that I will go ahead and continue the service but I will not. Any company with this type of business model is highly questionable and I do not want them on my property. My advise: BUYER BEWARE!

Since they were here, I have not had a single ant or spider in the house.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. We had a little trouble with the first appointment; they didn't actually do any work. I think they have ran out of traps or something. But the office called me to set up another appointment and they came out and did the work and it's been fine ever since. The people who came out were very professional and courteous.

Just moved into a new home a month ago and noticed a lot of spiders. Nathan was very nice and informative. Smell was pleasant and not overwhelming. I will definitely us this company again

I've only had the one visit and that was a month ago and I'm still seeing some spiders in the house. They are supposed to be coming back next week to do the second visit. I don't know if I will use them again, I will have to wait until I see how the second treatment works.

I haven't noticed any bugs so I guess it's okay. They're polite and courteous. They came on time and were professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They did what we asked them to.

It did not cost me more than the big deal purchase for Nature's Own Pest Control. What they sprayed didn't last as long as the chemicals but it's safer. It was fine. They were done within 30 minutes to 40 minutes. There was an issue. We were scheduled from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. They came just after 12:30 pm. They're either given a wrong address or they went to the wrong address. It backed on everybody for the day. Arriving after 12:30 pm is already considered late. It wasn't a big deal. They were professional and they asked what else we want. It went really well.

Well, The ants in the house and the spiders were gone after the 1st couple of visits but not the carpenter ants in the attic, which they treated twice, and that was the big issue. The ants in the yard were a constant problem. I didn't call them back the 1st couple of times but probably should have. Then when I did call back, they came and a few weeks later there would be yard ants and always the carpenter ants. They finally told me that to get rid of the carpenter ants I would have to cut all my trees back that had limbs over the house and that was not an option. Before that last comment about the trees, they said there was a special treatment which they did plus later another type of special treatment. They had treated the attic for the carpenter ants a couple of time before these "special treatments" and then told me there would be another charge for the carpenter ants and when I questioned that, we did the 1st special treatment and a few weeks later the second "special" treatment and while the tech was doing the 2nd special treatment he told me about cutting the trees back. July, 2013 After I made this initial review (see above) that was not very positive, Nature's Own called and came back out and gave me a free treatment. One thing I forgot to mention in the previous review is that you have to sign up for a year's worth of treatments, an initial treatment and one month later another treatment and one every 3 months,thereafter, to get a guarantee and it's $80.00 per treatment. By the time they returned for this last visit, the carpenter ants seem to be gone. It is hard to tell but they are not coming into the house now. They sprayed the ants in the backyard and they are gone. They put bait in the kitchen for the ants there and they are gone for the most part. I saw a few yesterday. Now there are ants in the front yard. I gave them a more positive rating this time because the carpenter ants seem to be gone and getting rid of ants in the yard is not easy.

I hired Nature's Own as my pest control company shortly after I purchased my house last year. I choose them because I wanted a company that used natural methods to control pests, particularly inside my home. The spray they use smells very nice and is not harmful to humans or animals, yet it is very effective on the pests. They come to my home 4 times per year and I have never been disappointed with their service. Each and every technician they have sent is courteous, professional, friendly and punctual. If I continue to have problems after they have treated my home, I call for a re-treatment and it is scheduled quickly and at my convenience. The office staff is also very friendly, courteous and helpful. Mr. Whitmore has an excellent and well-trained staff and runs a quality company.

Arrived a bit later than scheduled, but within the timeframe. Very professional, no upcharging, etc. Our primary target was the occasional sugar ants. We were pleased with his work and will use again if needed.

I am happy with them for inside the house but not for the yard. The chemical they use smells great, like mint. The product works excellent and kills the bugs.

The work was well performed, on budget and reasonably priced. The problem was resolved with no cost even to the rodents. The screeing did the trick. We would hire them again.

They did the best they could. But the green chemicals were not effective.

The team sprayed around the outside of the house and all of the possible entry points inside. They also did the kitchen cabinets in which I found roach droppings. Everything was done quickly and efficiently!
