At first when the company came. they did a general treatment without any questions about what the problem was. I complained. The company returned and this time did a great service. They asked what the problem was and took care of it. I will continue to utilize their srevices in the future. They know what they are doing and do it in a very professional way. I have totally rescored my review.

Great company, they showed up when they said the would, checked out the property and found the points of entry the rats were using. Set traps to capture my large rodent population both inside and outside. Ronnie was very knowledgable and understanding of the situation. I had complete assurance he would solve my problems and for a reasonable price. Promised he would come back out the following saturday but I never heard from the company again. The traps didnt catch any rats after a week So I just bought the wal-mart poison, and that took care of it.

Everything went great. He called me to let me know that he would be late and I really appreciated that. The secretary in the office is very nice and reasonable. I would use them again.

They did what I paid for, but I could not get a hold of office. I tried multiple times to call and kept getting answering machine. I was calling because I did not realize they were not based out of Austin. They are based out of houston area. On day of service call the company rep showed up and seemed to be in a hurry to get done with job and leave for the day which is fine by me only he left my my backyard gate open when he left and my dog got out. Company did do what they said they would, but for reasons stated I would not hire them again.

Great customer service! The guy who came out was really nice and efficient, the whole service took less than 30 minutes. The best thing though, was that I had been given a time frame between 2 and 5, then I got a call at 2 from the technician to clarify that he would be there between 4 and 5. This was awesome, it saved me from leaving work early! Plus it's so nice to know a better time frame than 3 hours. Overall great customer service.

Purchased the coupon through Angie's List and the company called the next day to say they do not service this area. They were very professional and apologetic. They also stated they would assist us in getting a refund if necessary.

Bought this Buy Deal online for a discounted price. Schedule service with Nature's Own Pest Control on first attempt from 4-7 PM. No show, no phone call, nothing. Notified contractor through Angie's List, received a call the next day and informing us they will be there today same time from 4 - 7 PM. Waited, waited, and yeah still waiting. Got a call at 7:30, and they provided me the information that their car broke down, and the location was hard to locate. Well, our house been there for over 20 years so is not really a new area. They also said they will be there by 9 PM. I think that is a joke and not trustworthy in doing business. Next day got a called from the contractor and asked to reschedule service. We rejected the offer and going to take my business somewhere else.

Used Angies Deal for a first spray. They arrived on time and sprayed both inside and outside. Bugs dead :-)

They answered the phone when I called and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday. They called and said they were temporarily out of the chemicals and rescheduled for yesterday. They showed up on time and were very professional.

Treatment specialist arrived timely and was very courteous Specialist sprayed around house, shrubs, and full lawn. He also provided suggestions for future mosquito prevention.

My first appointment was scheduled between the hours of 5:00 pm & 8:00 pm. I had made arrangements for my son to be at the house because I had to work. I got a call from the technician early that afternoon asking if he could come early because he had finished with his other customers in the area, and wanted to do my house before he left the island, so he didn't have to come back to the island (which I understand completely). I told him I would have to make a phone call or two, to see if my son could leave his job early, This technician started trying to make me feel guilty if I couldn't accomodate his schedule. I got a hold of my son, and he made the necessary arrangements to leave work early, thankfully. When I called the technician back, I got his voice mail. He did return my call promptly, but said that he would probably be at my house at the regular scheduled time!!! I informed him that my son had already arranged to take off work early, because of his request for an earlier time. He agreed to come ahead over early, and was very polite and professional when he arrived. I have a 1 year contract with them, and when they came back after 30 days, we still had a problem with the roaches, so they re-treated the inside. This time there were no scheduling problems, however, it was a different technician. A week later, we still had roaches, so I called them and we decided to go with a less nature friendly pesticide, and they were at my house within just a few days. This appointment I had the original technician again. He called me early in the morning, and asked if he could come that morning, instead of the afternoon/evening appointment scheduled. We had no conflicts with my son's schedule, as he was off that day, so he said he would be there in about an hour and a half (approx. 9:00 am). My son called me at 11:00 am, and asked if I had heard from the technician, as noone had shown up yet, I had to call the technician, and he informed me that he would be there the regular scheduled time, which he was. He has always been very polite and professional, and does a good, thorough job when he is here, I think he just gets ahead of himself where the scheduling is concerned. I have appointments for every other month until May 2014, and I am very happy with the services I have received thus far. We will probably have to step up the treatment strength one more time, but I think that will take care of our problem. I would definately recommend Nature's Own Pest Control.

All in all, I was very pleased with Nature's Own. On the first visit, they treated inside and outside the house. We had quite a few mud dauber nests around the front entryway which posed a dilemma as I know they are good for insect control but they were harassing us and people at the doorway, so they were expertly removed. They use mostly pyrethrin based pesticides and a rosemary oil inside that left things smelling sort of like root beer for the day after the treatment, which was fine. I also had a pantry moth problem which they addressed with phermone-based glue traps at no extra charge. The tech who came out for the first visit was thorough, polite and very professional. He discussed some possible additional services as well as confirmed the second visit. About a week later, I accidentally stumbled upon a wasp's nest inside a deck storage box. I called Nature's Own and they came out and treated the nest for no extra charge under the initial warranty, which was very nice. On the follow-up visit, they retreated the exterior and mentioned that the interior treatment was good for three months. They also replaced my flour moth traps. The second tech was also friendly and professional. I am definitely going to call and establish a quarterly service contract with Nature's Own.

I wasn't home, but my husband was and he said the man who came to perform the service was friendly, asked about areas of concern, and then went straight to work. We had a giant nest of earwigs (yuck!) in the mulch near our back patio and whatever magic earth-friendly juice he poured on it made them go bye-bye and sent them straight to bug heaven. The stuff he used smelled like licorice and peppermint -- which was rather pleasant in the beginning, but got a bit nauseating after a few hours. Thankfully, the smell went away after a day or two. Whatever cinnamon-smelling stuff he used in the garage was awesome and made that musty place smell decent for once :) We have four older kitty cats and none of them seemed bothered at all by the treatment -- but the bugs quickly croaked, so that alone makes me give Nature's Own an A++!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The service was great but I don't know if the actual product helped. We live around a lot of trees so I don't know if we are going to get roaches any way. The price was good. We would try them again.

hard to call to set an appointment. tried calling them and their phones were not working, even their other offices. they said that they had technical problems with their phone, for a day i think. tried to call after several days after, was put on hold and was told they were an answering service. when they put my call on hold, the office closed and was transferred to an answering service that cannot set an appointment. this happened twice. finally got an appointment. was given a window of time, at the beginning of the day. tech came towards the end of the time frame, i was expecting tech to come at the beginning of the time range since it was the first appointment of the day. when the tech came, did not explain that i needed another treatment after a month, he just said at the end that "you know that you needed another treatment after a month or you will have more pests/insects". had i known, i would have not let him start.. he did not elaborate what would be the follow up service, nor how much it is going to cost me. he was in hurry so much the whole visit.

Arrived exactly at the scheduled time. We're very polite and professional. Explained what they had done and provided warranty paperwork and that they were available for follow up or questions. Was very pleased with the work.

This company was easy to work with. They sent Jason out to service my yard the day after I contacted them. He was friendly and professional. I would use this provider again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was excellent. They were very friendly, detail oriented, did a great job, and I would absolutely recommend them.

Jason was our service provider and I was extremely pleased with all aspects of his service. He arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. He explained to me what he was doing and I felt that he did a thorough job. I would definitely recommend this company and will call On Jason to provide pest control services again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. He threw out some other offers and services such as maintenance but he didn't pressure. He was real nice, friendly and informative. We still have some bugs but they have slowed down. The price was real fair.

The technician was very polite, professional and exactly on time. I have trouble with ants and the occasional outdoor roach who manages to sneak in my house. I haven't seen either for quite some time. I was so impressed that I engaged the company to provide indoor pest control services as well as yard treatments on an ongoing basis. If you don't want to use harmful chemicals to rid your home and yard of pests, I highly recommend you use Nature's Own.

The process went well.........and the eco-spray agent smelled wonderful. I will make a contract with this firm for future pest control visits.

The provider's tech came and appeared to minimally perform spraying of the house for roaches. He did not go behind furniture merely sprayed around the surface areas exposed on the floor. Needless to say the roaches are still around. I had to call in another exterminator that seemed to be interested in doing a good job.
