It was satisfactory. They did 3 treatments, I did not call them and they did not call me back for the November treatment yet. They want me to sign a 1-year contract. He wants to charge me $75 quarterly. I need to call them back and they have been showing up on time. I am not sure if I will continue to use them.

Bought the big deal for general indoor/outdoor service. Loved the peppermint smell of the organic indoor spray. Upgraded to the quarterly plan So they treated the weep holes also.

It worked out good. They were on time and courteous. They did what they said they'd do and I was very happy with that. I have nothing to compare with the price but I thought it was good deal.

It turned out great. They were great and on time. They did everything and it was perfect. I used the big deal right away after I purchased it.

Very professional and complete service (the technician spent time in every room…seemed to spend get more places than other name-brand services). The overall smell is stronger than normal service…but not as nauseating as typical chemicals (and pet friendly). I used them b/c of all our family pets, which include a bird, a gecko, and three cats. My wife teased me for a week about how we were just being “friendly” to the bugs….but after a week we could really see it was working (lots of dead bugs…more than traditional service).

I use Natures Own for pest control and very pleased with results, they do a very good job. However, they offered to fertilize my yard and all my flower beds for only $115 - too good to be true, right? Well it was. I live on 1/2 acre and the guy came out with a small bucket and fertilized by hand which was my first concern. My second concern was the substance he was using did not look like fertilizer at all but more like a white powder. I waited 5 weeks with zero results, no greening whatsoever. I then went to Lowes and bought Scott's fertilizer for the lawn and Scott's rose and plant food (total of $325). Within 2 weeks of fertilizing myself my yard was starting to green and within 4 weeks totally green. I highly recommend Natures Own for pest control but make sure you ask a lot of questions before you use them for lawn fertilization.

I bought this on an Angie's Deal. They use a white powder outside - and a non-toxic spray inside. They were very thorough. They came on time, explained everything that that would do...sprayed inside and outside and in the garage as well. They sprayed all the weep holes and the complete perimeter of the house. We were getting roaches coming up into the bathroom cabinets - so they sprayed extra in there. I thought they did an excellent job. They were quick, neat, polite and professional.

The service was okay. I did not think the treatment was very effective. The person that came was on time and professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was good. They were very thorough. We liked the product; it had a nice fragrance It smelled like mint. They were quick. They were fine.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went really well. They are very professional, they get the job done, and go on their way. The big deal was for 3 services, but they said that it was the first treatment plus 3 others, and so we were really pleased about that. We have 4 dogs, and so our flea problem is a little high.I would use them again in the future, and I would recommend them also.

Provider was punctual and prompt, provided service as described. Would definitely use again!

The worker was very professional and thorough. He also inspected for rodents but did not find an issue in the house. He advised us on how to deter them instead of trying to sell us on a more services. Initially, we had a bit of delay in getting an appointment, because we did not get call backs after leaving 1 or 2 voice mail messages.

It was great. The only problem I had is they came back to do a followup visit but I didn't get a phone call from anybody or anything in the mail to let me know they were coming so I had to tell the guy I needed to reschedule. They were very prompt. They were really very flexible and they did a good job. They were friendly and professional.

It did not work out. I had to call this company back several times just to make sure that I was on their follow-up list. Then when the appointed day came, the service specialist was not on time. I did a lot of calling to find out where people were and that was unnerving. They delivered their service just fine. Once here, the guy was very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable about his business. We took care of the paperwork at the close of the call and he went about his business. I did want to use them because their products are all natural and that is important to my wife. That was the first time they came out. The second time, they were supposed to be here between 10am and 2pm, at 1:30 I called and cancelled. The second visit was terminated. I would not use them again.

the company was very disorganized. they never seem to get the dates and times adjusted to what was convenient for my family. i would get random calls stating that the technician is at my property with no one home. problem was, i was not aware of a scheduled appoint. this happened several times. i then requested services in either late evenings or saturdays only. this seemed to have never been communicated because those random calls never ended. i even spoke with a supervisor with no luck or change in the appointment process. the positives: the chemical used was pleasant and did not require us to vacant; the technicians were personable. the negatives: besides the scheduling conflict, i continued to receive a bill although i pd for the year in full; the strength of the chemical was not powerful enough to last between treatments (i have new construction occuring on the lot adjecent to my back yard); despite my never signing a contract, i was told that the only way to cancel the service after the year i paid for was via a written termination letter (really?).

Extremely disappointed. Minimal impact on bugs. Sprayed entire inside and outside house within 10 minutes. Didn't bring traps and bait as requested. Setup follow up appointment and which arrived 2 hours late and again failed to bring traps, as technician wasn't sure why he was dispatched. Requested another visit after 2 weeks time (1month in total). Again missed time frame provided, showing up after dark around 8:45pm. Said he was sorry and somebody would contact us from the office to reschedule. A week went by with no contact, so we called. Office manager tells us they'll send a technician between 11am-1pm on Saturday. They promise to be on time. 1pm comes and goes, noone shows. We call office manager, they apologize and promise a tech is in route and will be there no later than 2pm. 2pm comes and goes. We call the office and they say, "we're sorry, but we can't get anyone out there today. possibly Monday." Are you kidding me? Now they want to charge us $85 for service that should have been included in the original call and is coming almost a month late. No thanks, we advised them to cancel our account. We took our business elsewhere and are now extremely happy.

Jason came to do pest control prevention. He was very informative, professional, punctual. I am planning to call them back for another treatment.

They seem to do a good job. They seem to be professional and did a complete job.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it went pretty well. So far the spray is working. We set traps in the attic and we never did find anything. I even put a video camera up there and never did find anything. They came out several different times to check the traps. The last time they came out they did a final spray. I have no complaints; they did a pretty good job. I think my wife had them do something extra, but she had already talked with them about that and had an agreement on that.

Purchased Groupon deal for interior and exterior organic pest-control treatment. Had to call a few times to make an appointment. They gave me an appointment for a week out for September 6th between 2 and 5 PM. Took time off to be home during that window. Nobody showed up and nobody called. Called back on Saturday morning to see what happened. They weren't very apologetic about it, and just said they'd have to reschedule service again. Instead of trying to expedite the appointment to make up for the bad service, she again gave me another appointment a week out for the following Friday. She gave me a window of 2-5 PM. I again took off work to wait for the service agent. This time he actually called during the window to tell me that he couldn't come between 2 and 5, but would instead be there around 7-8. I told him that we already had plans to go to a baseball game that evening and wouldn't be home. He said he'd come and just spray around the perimeter and someone would call me back to reschedule to have the inside treated. It's been over two weeks since then, and I haven't heard from anyone. I'll be taking my business somewhere else and requesting a refund from Groupon.

The normal pest control treatments were professionally done and the service was prompt. No issues with this part of it, and with the special deal for Angie's List members, the price was reasonable (though not a tremendous bargain). The treatment for the carpenter bees was again professional and the treatment appears to have been successful, as we have not seen the bees around since the treatment nor have we noticed any new holes being bored in our eaves. However, they did not perform the entire service as outlined to us by the salesperson who consulted on the problem. They did not fill in the holes that were already bored, which is something the salesperson said they would do. We called and left a message questioning this but never got any response. The price for this service was no special deal, and so it was fairly pricey. So a mixed bag as far as recommendations go. The treatments do seem to work and be effective. If the price is a special, then it is worth getting. The treatments that are not special deals are pricey, but again they do seem to be effective, so it's consumer choice here.

Josh called about 30 minutes ahead to let me know when to expect him He was polite, punctual and professional. He offered a quarterly application program for year and I signed up. He was very informative but was not pressuring in any way.

A company team that can be trusted. Responsive, timely, informative, and professional. I will be a repeat customer!
