They were running too late to come the day we originally scheduled. They offered to still come, but we couldn't wait that long so we rescheduled. When they did come the rep was very professional and friendly.

Purchased home pest service. They did a great job and their product worked.

Never had a fireplace before and just bought a house with one. Very nervous about using it safely but my fears were quickly put to rest by the gentleman who showed up from Natures Own Pest Control. He was efficient, friendly and patient. Made sure he didn't leave a mess and told me not to worry and to enjoy my fireplace. He even took the time to write down the things I needed to know to safely enjoy the Fireplace. The young lady who answered the phone was able to set up my last minute, before Christmas, I need it now situation. She was not rude and short with me like a lot of other busy services are. I will be calling them back in the near future to fix some small cracks.

Their product killed a few of my outdoor yard plants. Ants appeared inside the house within just a week of their treatment.

I think they did a fine job. The guy who showed up was nice and thorough. It’s hard to tell though. I brought a new dog home who has ticks and I’m battling that so I will have to have things re-done. The only negative was that they showed up without calling which I didn’t appreciate.

We had an ant infestation in the yard, where the ants were trying to move into the house. They handled the problem efficiently and effectively, and their rates are reasonable. We were so pleased that we ended up signing a contract with them.

We thought we were getting an inspection for all types of termites. We knew this company could only treat for the sub terrestrial, but thought they would find all types. He did not find dry wood termite infestation under porch. Buyers inspection found them which required the house to be tented. For the quality, it went okay, except there were issues in transferring warranty with staff answering their phone. They finally did not return my last phone call about rescheduling a follow up. The technician was good and wanted to reinspect, but weather turned bad and we never did. We subsequently had to have the house tented for sale. I give the technician high marks and the office staff low marks. They mishandled the potential buyers and created a bad impression.

The Provider seemed really knowledgeable and treated the entire home for bugs.

He arrived on time and set up his materials. Amazingly there was no soot inside the house . I was very grateful because I had decorated for Christmas and even had white sofas in the den by the fireplace. There was no dust at all. Very clean.

I bought a deal for them to come out two times and they came out the first time and we still saw some bugs after like a week and a half or two weeks. So, I told them that we were going to need somebody to come out there because they said that they would do a followup if we still saw something and so they did the followup. And then, they said to call in a month or two for the next one and so they came back out for that. And we have not seen any bugs, not even ants since then. I would recommend them. The only thing was that the person that came out for the second visit did not cover the full house again which I thought was the deal. He seemed like he was making a big deal about the extra ants that were so far outside and he only sprayed a few places. But the first guy that came was very nice. He did a very thorough job and he answered my questions. He informed me about the deal that they had. The people on the phone lines were very prompt and they made an appointment. They were very friendly and they did the followup when I still saw the bugs so I did not have any issues with that either. That part was good. I did not have any more issues since the service. They said that they were pricier because they were supposed to be more environmental friendly and better for children and pets. They were a little more expensive.

Seemed like very little work for the price. I thought he would clean the chimney. If it didn't need anything, should I have received some of the $99 back? I am not sure, maybe that is normal. I felt like I spend too much after I saw what he did.

Everything went well and I am condsidering having this company do the sealing of my fireplace and chimney, and possibly installing one of their ceramic log sets.

HORRIBLE! I wish I had never called!! I will never use this company again. They provided extremely bad service that has ranged from not getting rid of the ants to providing inconsistent information on product safety to not keeping appointments to not keeping their word. It's difficult to know where to start or what all to write. I paid for an initial service (through a deal I got online) and a 30 day service. Initial service was done. After a few days, I called and spoke with Josh to set the 30 day appointment. It was set for exactly 30 days. Due to continuing presence of ants, he told me he would make a note for the technician to include an additive product that would kickstart the regular products and he set the 30 day appointment. Next, about 3 weeks after the initial service, I was still having ants so a technician returned and did localized treatment. His name was Ben. A few days before the 30 day appointment that was set by Josh, I called to let the company know that the ants are still there and to inquire about product choice (natural products were used for the initial service). They had no record of my appointment. I had to reschedule it. Next, when the technician arrived for the 30 day appointment (which was actually 31 days), he did not have the specific product I had discussed with Nature’s Own when I called to ask about the products a few days earlier. This technician’s name was Ronnie and he came to my home on a Friday. He also said he would call either Saturday or Sunday to reschedule the appointment. I never heard a word from him so I called and left a message for him. Having never heard from Ronnie, on the following Monday, I called to speak with a manager named Janie about all these issues. Janie promised me a return call with an appointment time. A technician named John called me but did not offer an appointment time. I spoke with John about product choices. He assured me they were safe for my cats. I called the next day but nobody answered my call after 4 minutes (it was a machine - phone calls will be discussed below). I guess Janie somehow knew I called because she called me and said she will make a note for the technician to talk to John about the products to be used as the ants were still there. Also, because I had the appointment set by Josh that never happened and the appointment with Ronnie when he didn't spray the house, I insisted that the 30 day appointment be set immediately. Janie reset the 30 day appointment for me (the date was actually 38 days after the initial service). She also extended the warranty period by an extra 30 days. During the appointment that was supposed to be for 30 days but was actually 38 days because of Nature's Own's repeated errors, the technician said the product I had discussed with John was not safe for my cats. I told him that was not what John told me and I called the company. Getting inconsistent information on the products was a nightmare and of course very upsetting. In addition, this technician made offensive comments about my living situation and also bad mouthed Ben (he said something about Ben sitting on his couch because he had been fired). I still have ants in my kitchen. I called Janie to demand a refund based on the fact that the products are not working and I am not comfortable having their technicians in my home after the way the last one behaved. She said John has to come to my home to check it. She said she or John would call back and at some point I'd get an appointment time. I have never received that call. As for the Provider Response on 12/21/13, I did not receive any call that day or any day since then and it is now 2014. Once again Nature's Own has not kept its word! Besides all of this, I have also had numerous problems with phone calls. I have probably made 20 or more phone calls to Nature's Own. They have a machine that answers and callers can dial an extension or wait for customer service. When I call, I nearly always have to sit on hold for several minutes before even speaking to a human being. I have to say, I have rarely had such bad service, to the point where I cannot even reach someone and where promises are not kept time after time after time after time.

I chose this company because I have a toddler and they said they use natural methods. The first time they came out, we saw the insects return right away. They were happy to retreat the house and the second guy who came said he used something stronger, but the insects still returned fairly quickly. My husband ended up blocking one hole where ants were coming in, something we probably should have done in the first place. ||We did not call for a third visit, because in reality, we have an 18 month old who insists on tossing half of every meal on the floor. I imagine that there is nothing natural or chemical that can be done about the fact that she's giving insects a written invitation to please, please invade our home. ||The first guy to come made the three hour time window by the skin of his teeth (we were convinced that no one was coming, but he got here just at the very last minute of the window). But both men that came seemed professional and courteous and I believe had we requested that they come out...

The tech called to let me know he would be arriving at the end of the 3 hour window of time I was given. He arrived when he said he would, greeted me at the front door and asked me to open the garage door. He did the outside work except for weep holes and then came inside to do the interior work. He was personable and did the work quickly. Once the interior spraying was complete, he did the paperwork and got my signature, then went outside to complete the weep hole work and was on his way. I had prepaid on an Angie's List "deal" and did not even need to give him the printed receipt. I have 3 cats in the house so I was glad there was a "natural" spray that would not harm them. The scent was mild and a little minty. I am very happy with the work and will call Nature's Way again and recommend them to others.Thanks Angie!

The one time became 3 times and those tiny sugar ants are still in the same area of the house. We did see some drop in quantity but we are supposed to see none. I did see that the company invested time and resource for not much I paid, but we as house owner also have to take vacation off to wait in the house for them to come, so we invested coupon $ and time for almost nothing. At the last try I asked them if they would just refund me the money and I move to the next provider, they chose to send their lead technician out. Today I called again they said your 30 days warranty is out you'll have to pay to get another treatment. But the ants never went away during the 30 days! They did the work but didn't address problem. My past experience with ABC Pest Control is they can generally get things taken care of in one trip, we recently moved to Houston and just wasn't sure if ABC services in this area, so we grabbed the coupon that's available. Now I found ABC does service and I think we'll just switch back to ABC.

We purchased a coupon for $150.00 that was supposed to be for rodent extermination. We had been seeing rats in the back yard, nothing in the house that we knew of. This was supposed to be a value of $300.00, which I would consider to be a reasonable price to pay for the service. Their representative, Josh, came to the house and checked out our attic. He advised us that we had several large openings in our attic where rats, as well as mice and other unwelcome creatures could enter, and recommended their rodent "exclusion" program (according to Josh, we had purchased the rodent elimination plan, which did not guarantee anything)... which he said their coupon did not cover. He also noticed Caribbean Crazy ants in our backyard, which had been an ongoing issue that our current pest control company had dealt with a number of times. All in all, we agreed that we didn't want rats in our attic and that the openings should be sealed, and we also fell for the ant treatment... a total of an additional $665.00. A few days after signing up for this plan, a different representative came to the house and spent a few minutes in our attic. He placed an EMPTY bait box in our front yard and that was it. He advised we would have follow up every 4 to 5 days to check the traps and the bait boxes. NO ONE EVER CAME. We called about a week or so later to see if anyone was ever coming by... Josh came back. He advised that the technician who had serviced our house was no longer with the company. He checked the attic and saw that the openings were NOT sealed, there WAS a rat in one of the traps, and the bait box was empty in the front. He put bait in the boxes and said he'd be back today to check on everything and seal the openings. Today another person came to the house. NOT Josh, and he had no idea he was supposed to be sealing any openings. I want this finished, but I am now to the point where I don't want these people in our house EVER AGAIN... I would certainly NOT recommend them to anyone. They are possibly the most irresponsible company I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Please, please, please don't offer any 'deals' with this company in the future.

I was very pleased with my service. Scheduling was easy and they were on time for the appointment. Everything went perfectly. The technician was very informative. He told me he found termites in the home. I was surprised because I just built the home and it was still under warranty. He showed me exactly where the termites are and did not charge me for the information.

They came to do the pest control inside and outside my home and they were supposed to come up for a follow up but haven't come for more than a month now.

The young man was very polite. He paid special attention to several problem areas that I told him about. He seemed very knowledgible about the work.

The tech placed 2 bait stations outdoors, and placed 4 traps in our attic. We found one dead rat in the yard in the week between his first and second visits. When he checked the attic again, he found and removed one of the traps, which had a dead rat in it. He re-baited the remaining traps on that visit and checked the bait stations. We have also bought some of the type of traps he used, and have caught one more rat ourselves. We have not found any more dead rats in the yard, so far. |He mentioned that we might want to consider checking how the rats are gaining access to the attic, and that is something to consider. We have already done as much as we can do from the ground level, and now maybe we might have to go to the roof and look at it from the "rat's eye view."

They are supposed to be doing a rat abatement and exclusion. Promises of a weekly check of the traps has not happened. Excuse is that I am suppose to call and schedule. Also, the traps seem a bit "chinsy" for such an expensive treatment. Only one in the back and one in the from when I was lead to believe I had to have more traps. The traps in the ceiling of house have not been checked or disturbed. No dead rats found in the backyard either. I wonder if I even have a rat problem. These guys may just have just sold me a super expensive exclusion treatment that I didn't need.
