They were nice to work with but it turned out that the product that they used did not take care of the issue.

They set trap in the attic and over our garage and at the storage building. The traps are still everywhere that they put them. I believe they went out of business and Terminix bought their customers out. I would use them again if they are still in business.

I called several times leaving voice messages with no response. I then arranged with them for a technician to call me so we could set up a time for them to come over. When I got the call he was on his way over and was very upset that I was not prepared for him to do the service call right then. After several more attempts via phone calls and emails via Angieslilst.com I found out that the company had been purchased by Terminax and that the purchase had actually taken place prior to my buying of the certificate. This was very upsetting to me as picked a place a thought used far less chemicals. I requested a refund of my money via email to Angieslist.com, but have not received anything from either Nature's Own, Terminax (in form of treatment for my home) or a refund from Angieslist.com So not very pleased with this experience to say the least.

Technician was very friendly & explained what he was doing. We are very please with the service and the results.

Arrived on time check all the vital spots of a fireplace and gave us a Grade A.

It went good. This is an all-natural pest service and so I didn't have to worry about my cat. Also didn't have to worry about my son and I breathing in the fumes of the poisonous pesticides. But, the strong smell of the natural stuff is made from peppermint and rosemary and leaves a really strong smell throughout your house for a few days. It was definitely clearing my sinuses. Also, I spoke to the tech about my main problem, the brown roaches that seem impossible to get rid of fully. He said normally that is a special service but he found some bait and put it throughout the infected areas which I thought was above and beyond. He did ask about a contract, not a hard push, but it was an upsell. I did take it since it was for a year, 4 visits for $75 a visit which seemed like a good deal to me. They did come out again in January for the first quarterly visit and it turns out that this company was bought out by Terminix. They still used the natural stuff, and he also set some bait for the roaches since their numbers had been reduced tremendously from the first treatment but not totally erraticated. Have not seen the those evil things since.

I ended up signing a year long contract, and the price was right.

The service guy was very nice and very professional. We have 5 dogs and I used them because we were looking for a natural solution for pest control. I wasn't sure how well the product worked for about the first week but it seemed to take care of the issue eventually. (We had tree roaches and potentially a mouse) The quote for the sealing of the house seemed reasonable but we are renting and were not sure the investment made sense for us. We do now appear to have a mouse and I will call them for a quote and potentially a maintenance treatment for the tree roaches.

After purchasing the deal from Angies List for Rodent Abatement Package, the techs came by to set the traps and said they will be contacting us to monitoring the traps in every 3-4 days. I called to schedule the appointment, but all I got was a voicemail. I called many times and no response. I called once again, and recieved a voicemail stating that the company is now Terminix! Unbelievable! I contacted Angie's List requesting for a refund and after more attempts to contact Terminix and no response, I am now in the process of getting my money back from the Angie's Deal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM!

He did an excellent job, and he was very knowledgeable and polite. The area was left clean and neat. I am asking them to come back to do more work.

It has been three months now and I haven't heard back from them. I have tried to contact them twice. I left them a voicemail last in mid-January of 2014. I think the company is ungoing some changes because I can’t get ahold of them.

It went great! He was polite and apologized for being late. He called to say he was going to be a little late and asked if we still wanted him to come or reschedule. We asked that he still come and he did about 30 minutes late. He was very helpful answering any questions we had. We will use them again.

Service started out good...polite, professional, easy to contact, great follow-up. After three months service declined rapidly. Service technicians showed up hours late or not at all. Rarely receive invoices for work performed. Disputed charges for service that was not performed. Services notices received in mail after service effective date. Customer service difficult to reach and unresponsive to voice or email. Will not renew contract.

Very courteous; prompt; was a little noisy because of the vacuum, but he let me know first. Left everything very clean and tidy. Would recommend them and use them again myself.

Scheduling was prompt, arranged a time for the following week. The person arrived on time and explained the service. He took only about 20 minutes to spray the house and external areas. Within 2 weeks we did see some roaches in both the house and garage apartment. I called and was told that they would come out the following day and as it was within 30 days of the first service would be free. Unfortunately the morning of the service someone else called and told me that because it was an Angie's list deal it was not guaranteed so she cancelled the service. She explained that the Angie's list deal was a one-off service and they did expect that further services would be needed but were not included. NOTE: Nature's Own have been purchased by Terminix so my communication was with Terminix.

I took advantage of an Angie's List special provided by Nature's Own. There is construction next to my development and I was concerned that rodents might have migrated into my home. Jason was prompt, professional, thorough and friendly. He worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. He checked my chimney while he was one the roof, and let me know about chimney cleaning services offered by Nature's Own. Jason also offered to set rodent traps and return in a week to check them (included in the offer) but I chose to skip that service since there was no evidence of rodent activity. I appreciated that Nature's Own worked with me to arrange a time that accommodated another commitment. The only tiny negative is that I was told I'd get a call when the technician was on his way. I didn't get a call, but, fortunately, was not the the shower when he arrived. :)

It was okay. We purchased an extra service from them. I was not here when they did the service so I really so not know how it went, but when it has ended, we were fine. There was nobody here in the house at that time but their service worked so we were happy with it. They did everything that they said they were going to do.

It was not too good. They were very friendly. They were here on time and were very professional. The problem is that the problem I had continued. They were fine. We had an ant problem and that persisted. The price was a good price.

The Gentleman was very courteous and provided the service quickly. He was also able to answer the questions I had on maintenance, we will use them in the future.

Al went very well, we got into a contract with them.

Jason is my new hero! He investigated, answered my questions, found new issues, resolved new and old issues, was friendly and interested in his work, etc. Seriously, he's the best. He even got me to sign a regular contract, which I don't normally do but he is so much better than the technician sent by our existing exterminator and the pricing was virtually the same. Front office was also professional. Set the appt within a few days and, although Jason was running an hour or so behind the window of time they gave me, he called me 2 hours before the window had expired and advised that he was running late. He checked to see if I could still be there when he expected to arrive, and was timely at that re-negotiated time. As I said, he's my hero and I'm now a Nature's Own regular.

They were on time, covered all my carpet floors for protection and they even took their boots to work inside the house. Then the technician went outside to clean the chimney and inspect. Everything went pretty smoothly, it was done fast and in a very professional manner. Will definitely call the company again
