Great job, clean and professional! Will make point to get my fireplace cleaned, every year, with this company. It had been about three years since we have had our chimney cleaned and it was a mess!

Hands down the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. They have yet to exclude rodents from my attic. After paying $650 for the exclusion, I've had three separate servicemen from Nature's Own come out to see where the rodents are still entering. Each gives me a different answer and EACH said they can not locate the $650 worth of services "originally performed". I've requested a manager to come out and simply locate the areas where service was performed. If there are additional entries, I'm willing to pay for them. If they can't identify where my money was spent, I expect service to be completed. My calls have gone unreturned for days at a time. I've been promised a manager to visit and then been cancelled on with no notice, though I took a day off of work to wait for the promised visit. To this day I have had no luck getting a manager (in 3 months) or again, a return phone call. I strongly encourage you to seek other companies if you want honest work and a company committed to customer service.

I would not use this company again. The company assured me they would be back every two days to check the traps placed in my attic. Instead 3-4 days would go by, I would call to find out where they were and would be told they could come by the house in 5 days. I dont think I should have to pester them weekly to receive the service I paid for.

went well Suggestion: They should use a plastic sheath surrounding fireplace opening from ceiling to 5 ft perimeter so that soot dust does not fill the room. Their vacuum came up short on catching all the dust. Other companies use sheaths.

The service worked out fine. There was more work that needed to be done and we had them do it. The work was good. Their responsiveness was not too good.

Used company a couple of years ago. Everything was good. This time, they contacted me to do a chimney inspection. Think company has gone through a reorganization or changed management since I didn't recognize anyone I dealt with before. Tech ame out and I was told they couldn't clean my chimney because of how it was built. Not sure why this was different than the previous time when they cleaned it. Tech said he could clean the visible areas of the fireplace (****, I could do that). When I said forget it, he told me he was going to have to charge me over $100 for "coming out". That's a nice racket. They contacted me, couldn't do the work and then wanted to charge me. Tech wound up cleaning the fireplace bed for $52.75 for less than 10 minutes of work. Again, I would have done that. Will not have them back in my house or recommend them to anyone. Especially if their techs aren't going to wear foot covers on a rainy day.

It went well. Our serviceperson had trouble finding our house, so there was that delay. But other than that our serviceperson was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He gave us feedback on our fireplace and we scheduled a follow-up visit

Wow I am very happy for the the turn up. They were prompt with all their responses and seemed to have the most beneficial products for safety and discretion. I set up an appointment with them on a last year December and they arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Punctuality is important so I'm glad they did their best, excellent customer service, prompt work, and a professional attitude! If you are in the area then you need to consider using this company.. I will hire you guys again.. Love you.

The inspection found some serious problems with our fireplace, so what had been a good deal on a cleaning ended up being a $700 repair project. However, on both visits the guys were extremely professional, friendly and helpful, and they seem to do very careful, high quality work. I've never paid for fireplace repair before, but I have no reason to believe their price was unfair. We need some repairs on our second fireplace and will be using Nature's Own when we're ready to do that project.

Chimney-sweep James was efficient and knowledgeable. He pointed out problems that should be addressed before safely using the fireplace and outlined necessary repairs. I paid $89 for an Angie's List coupon to pay for a chimney cleaning and inspection, although the company's rep told me that had I come to them directly it would have only cost $85.

They never showed up to their appointment. They gave me a 3 hour window (2-5). I called about 3 pm to double check that they were coming as there was no reminder call. At 5:10 I called the office to see what was going on and got a recording saying that they were closed for the day. At about 5:20 I finally got a call from the person who was supposed to do my service saying that they were about 20-30 minutes away. At that point I told him not to bother as he was too late.

I never heard from them. Now I see that they are located in Austin so this is a glitch on Angie's side because I put in my zip code and they came up as being in my area but they should have at least called and pointed out the problem seeing as I had purchased an $89 coupon.

He did a thorough job cleaning and made some recommendations for repairs that we could do ourselves.

They stated they would be here between 3pm-6pm on a Friday and would call before they came. At 5:50 no call yet, so called their office which was supposed to be open till 6pm. Got their after hours voicemail. At 6:30 put a message on their message board on the website to see where they were. 20 mins later (almost 7pm) got a call from service rep saying he was running late and had 2 other jobs before mine so should be there in an hour. Arrived at 8:30pm. Did clean out the dryer. Forgot to put dryer back in place and I had to remind him after I paid to put the dryer back. Would not rehire. Entire Friday evening taken up waiting around for a 30 minute service.

We got an Angie's list deal for chimney cleaning and never heard from the company for two-weeks. When I contacted them, they apologized and said they were having problems with the Angie's deal. They scheduled the cleaning a few days later and the technician showed up on time. He did an okay job and seemed to be knowledgeable. However, the vacuum cleaner he used to clean the firebox had a leak in the hose because we had fine soot all over our floor and furniture near the fireplace. when he was done. Precisely what I wanted to avoid by hiring a professional to do the cleaning. I was not happy about that.

They were punctual, polite and professional. They cleaned the system, got on the roof and gave an accurate critique of work which needed doing. Very impressive..

I paid the money and they never contacted after almost a month I called Angie's list and requested and received a refund. What a waste of time.
