That service was just fine. I have not seen a bug since they have come out. They were in and out pretty fast, but we did not have the inside of the home treated. One employee came out and he was here for about 20 minutes too. This employee was professional and nice.

The service was just fine. They plugged up some holes where rats were coming into our shed. They were very professional and nice. Two employees came out and it took them about 20 minutes. They also checked the attic too to make sure there were no intrusions.

The serviceman was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the details and reasoning behind their methods and selections. We haven't had any pest incidents since the treatment and we'll be calling them again shortly!

Everyone was very responsive when I called and punctual for the appointment. The service person was very polite and told me several times he may need to come back for to retreat since I had seen a lot of roaches. I did have them come back 2 weeks later and there was no charge.

We were expecting more for $150 than putting out 2 or 3 traps and a bait station. Tech was professional but he also seemed hesitant or uncomfortable.

The guy walked into my living room and said that it smelled like something died. I am sensitive to smells and odors. I was very insulted and it was not true. He finished in 15 minutes and left. He did not have a lot of experience and customer service was not one of strong suites. He did an okay job and he cleaned up. The price was fine. I would not use them again.

Went well. Smell is strong but not unpleasant. Would have liked interior of closets and bottom cabinets sprayed. Instead, was given packets for silverfish to put in closets and cabinets.

It went fine. They set up a few traps and there were no issues. I've had no rodent issues since then, so I would recommend them. The rep who came out to the house was very nice and professional.

They are very easy to work with and informative. This provider sends out informative newsletters and emails with tips on how to maintain the household and prevent any other damage. They deal with automated systems which makes them very responsive and quick. I enjoy working with them.

He came out and assessed the problem. He just walked me thru the process so that I can do it and he didn't have to charge me for that. He was genuinely nice guy.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was just fine. I don't know what anyone else charges for this service. I was not here when they did the service, but they met my expectations. I tried to get in touch with them and they did not respond, but they did show up.

Extremely satisfied with their pest control service. We moved into a new house that had many insect problems indoor and outdoors (wasps). Immediately after their service we never saw an insect again in the house, nor did we have any additional issues with wasps. It has now been almost 6 months, and still no issues. They are extremely courteous and punctual. I would highly recommend them to anyone look for a non chemical effective pest control solution.

Scheduling was an issue - they either did not warn me they were coming, or warned me the day before or I had to call to schedule the next service as it was nearly due and no one had been in touch. The worse was being lied to - I have dogs that need to be taken inside if someone is coming to work in the back yard, i also have to unlock the gate. On one occasion they arrived earlier than scheduled, so the gate was locked and the dogs were out. When I arrived there was an invoice. I called and was told the service had been performed as scheduled. I said the gate had been locked and was promptly told the technician had jumped the fence. I asked how he had handled the dogs. Someone did come back to fog the back yard but the fact that they lied over something so obvious does not say much for their integrity.

The service was fine. They came out and they cleaned the chimney. There were some repairs that were needed and it took probably 3-4 weeks to get it processed. But the service was fine. The follow-up on the pricing wasn't so great. The technician did a great job. He came out when he was supposed to and did what he was supposed to do. And then he turned in his report and the fireplace actually needs some refractory panels replaced and after 3-4 weeks of waiting on the call back for pricing, I ended up having an e-mail. I tried calling 3 or 4 times and left voice mails. And then I actually e-mailed the company back to find out where my price was. The guy who e-mailed back and said I would have it this week and another week went buy. I e-mailed again and then a lady had sent over a price that was actually for refractory panels. I could buy a whole fireplace for what the refractory panels cost. Service wise, they did a great job; follow-up on proposal, not so much.

We needed our chimney inspected and swept, so we purchased an Angie's List deal with this company. Initially, everything was fine. We didn't have any problems scheduling an appointment and the employee who came out was professional and did his job. I inquired about how to make our firebox look more aesthetically pleasing and he recommended painting it with a heat-resistant paint, another service the company provides. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment, and again, no problems with either the process or the employee who came out and painted the firebox. We let the paint cure for about a week before we had our first fire and everything seemed to be OK. By the third fire, however, everything was not OK. The paint had started to peel a little and by the fourth fire, large sections were gone. I contacted the company multiple times via email and voice mail messages to try to have them rectify the situation, but I received no response whatsoever. Very disappointing that our firebox now looks the same as it did two months and more than $100 ago. Even more disappointing that this company has such poor customer service.

Scheduling was not easy. We had a hard time coming up with a good day and time. The first time they were supposed to come out, they missed the three hour window that they had stated. I called to cancel when that window expired. They did send someone out first thing the next morning and arrived in a timely manner. For the appointment to check the traps, they again missed their three hour window. The technician called a half hour before the end of the window saying that he was a half hour out, but did not show up for an hour. I was in the process of talking the the dispatcher to cancel when the technician finally showed up.

I purchased the rodent exclusion package through an Angie's list special. The services were performed as indicated and I was satisfied.

Sent a different service person out each time so I had to tell them where the rat traps were: and half of them were in the attic so I didn't even know where they were. They didn't know the difference between a roof rat and a Norwegian rat.

I had a little trouble getting in contact at first. I left messages a couple of times that were not returned. I found the best way to contact was through e-mail. Once contact was established, they did a great job. Very prompt, courteous and professional. I will use them again on my Mother-in-laws place and mine for regular service. I like that they offer greener options since we have young children and pets.

Very good! Timely, friendly and best of all cleaned up afterwards! :)

My initial problem is solved. No more ants. Went ahead and signed up for quarterly service as a preventative measure.
