He came on time and when he said that he would. He said the chimney was pretty clean and no work needed to be done. The scheduling was very easy.

He swept and inspected my two chimneys. I had a little bit of repair that I had them do on one of the chimneys. The service was good.

I would say the service person was very nice. I wasn't totally happy with the service, though. He found some holes and he plugged them. Part of the big deal was that he was supposed to set traps and come a week later to pick them up. He said he set traps but he never came to pick them up. My handyman, when he was up fixing the dryer vent hose, didn't see any traps up in the attic. I'm thinking that they probably didn't set them. I wouldn't think they would set them and not come back to pick them up either. What they did do was good, but it was what they didn't do.

The technician showed up very late at our house, 7pm on a Saturday night, but we had him go ahead and perform the work as we were tired of finding bugs all over the house. The good was that the product used was natural, and it made the house smell like rosemary. The bad was that he showed up so late and that his truck broke down in front of our house, so he had to hang out while his wife came to get him. I do not believe I would use this company again as there's a company that is now servicing our neighborhood and they offer the same product at a lower price.

Service was done totally satisfactory and professionally.

Very polite and professional worker. The mint scented product worked very well. Inside and outside application.

The company was fine, but their treatment did not work, as we were still experiencing earwigs and small roach infestation many days later. We ended up calling a non-organic company to re-treat and their service worked almost immediately.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and I will not say that I am not satisfied, but it was nothing special. They tried to sell me more services. but I was not sure I needed them.

tilI have had organic pest control for many years. We switched to Nature's Own a couple years ago. I rented my house out this year, and then noticed I had charge from Terminix on my credit card bill. I called, assuming it was fraud, and the lady on the line said she would call me back when she found out what happened. I forgot about it. Then my husband said there was a thing on the door saying Terminix had come to our house AGAIN. I called again, this time I was told probably my other company was bought by Terminix and that billing would refund me. They were to call later. I called my c ompany and found out that yes, they sold to Terminix. So my organic lawn, with my organic garden, was being sprayed with noxious chemicals. I think both companies should be sued -- it is immoral what they did. But that's not the point. At the least I don't want to pay for the chemicals that I never ordered. Billing called me back and said they "had no record" I called them. You can see on my Skype that I did. They said they are charging me for both times they came out and destroyed our property. They said they bought the other company, and so this is fair. I am incensed. I will not pay this company for destroying our lawn. I have seen here and elsewhere theat Nature's Own feels it is still in service and did nothing wrong. But it is IMMORAL to sell your company to a company that does the OPPOSITE of what you found the original company for. Oh, am I amad they sprayed my lawn with chemicals? Oh, ho ho, why would I be mad? Sorry doesn't cut it. This shoudl be against the law and you can bet I'll be talking to lawyers in the next weeks.

Brad arrived at the house on time, very professional. He started to work right away started with the outside and then the inside. I asked about the chemicals being used and he said it was all natural it won't hurt anyone even the little ones. I didn't feel any bad odors it even smelled good like a mint oily smell. Very happy so far.

My wife called the company and they said they only do pest control now so they would not honor the deal. I had to find a replacement company. I felt they should have honored the deal or called Angie’s List to remove the deal so this would have not happened.

It went well, the contractor showed up and plan to install the rodent traps, but discussion, we agreed this was not what I needed since there were many entry points I need to fix first, also not just block them, but actual remodeling.

The technician was amazing. So helpful and informative. Will definitely use them again!

The service was great. Everything they did was great. The pest thing is a continuous problem, but it is not anything they did, it is just the area that I am. They were punctual, and they honored the appointment that I made with them.

If you have read thus far, you can sense my disappointment and frustration - but it gets better. Nature's own began harassing my tenants for payment of the questionable service, because the invoices were supposedly mailed to the properties (not to me). When one of the tenants gave nature's own my phone number (why didn't they have it in the first place, I wondered?), Nature's Own called me with threats. Of course, I asked to speak with a manger, who eventually called me, and was somewhate more professional. He vowed to get to the bottom of this - but I never heard from him again. Next, a collections agency, K.Gordon & Associates, from Houston called me. They couldn't give me any info (again I asked - where is the contract that I was supposedly in breach of? Where was the documentation of the services provided - that never were)? The firm basically said that they are on retainer with Nature's Own, and while the situation I described to them was not unusual, they leverage their ability to report "debts" to credit agencies to collect, based entirely on the "word" of their client. At this point, I had wasted so much of my VALUABLE time, I went ahead an paid them off, feeling like I had been intimidated by the mafia. Fast forward almost two years - I started getting calls from Nature's Own again, about an account that was supposedly in default!? Without wasting more time going through this sorid story of my miserable experiences with this company, I told them that I have a copy of the "release" from K. Gordon, but to contact them themselves to see - and, any more calls would be met with a filing to the Better Business Bureau, and any other agencies that could assist with reporting the harassment and suspicious business practices.

They said they came out and that nobody was home. My son was home. I tried to reach out to them but i didnt hear from them again.

It was a good experience. The scheduling was easy, the technician was punctual and knowledgeable, and the company was great about addressing our concerns over the treatment's effectiveness. Ultimately, they were right, and the cockroaches have been eliminated.

The first guy that showed up did not do a good job. He just sprayed very quickly and we did not see any changes to the number of insects that were getting into the house. He also did not treat the house for spiders or "de-web" as stated in the deal I purchased. I called back to express my concerns and an older guy came out the second time. He was very nice and knowlegable. He re-treated the house and apologized for the first job. I was very happy with the job the second guy completed. We didn't see any insects for months after that.

I phoned Nature's Own because of remarkable results after our first service call, which we purchased as a Living Social deal. For months after service, with ORGANIC product, we saw very few insects. We have a history of scorpions and ants. Even at this time, we were not "seeing insects". I simply placed the service call before insects start coming out in the springtime. When my phone call to Nature's Own for service was returned, they worked with me to find a convenient day and time. I was offered the standard service or service with a 30-day warranty for an additional $25. I was not required to make a decision on the spot. Jason Davis, a very likeable technician with professional manner, phoned ahead to let us know he was on the way. When Jason arrived, he noticed fire ant mounds between the driveway and our front door and mentioned treatment. I asked, "Any extra cost?". There was no extra cost. He asked whether we wanted the 30-day warranty, without pushing. When I asked about the product he was spraying, he named off the "natural" ingredients (things like "rosemary oil" and "cinnamon oil"). Jason worked quickly and thoroughly. He wore disposable shoes in the house, to protect my wood floors. He kept us informed of what he was doing and asked which areas we wanted treated. Five stars across the board!

I felt that Jason was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He explained each check that he did and why he was doing it. When he was on the roof, he did a complimentary chimney check.

.Was punctual and polite. Said his boss sent him over to fill a hole...........had not discussed the mouse problem with anyone so was surprised he thought he knew what to do. He walked the perimeter of the house and came inside when I told him the mice were coming thru the grate in the fireplace........he said since the damper was closed he didn't know how they could get in...I expected him to check the attic but he said he had only been with the company a short time and he would need his boss to look at the problem.......haven't heard back......just heard our own trap go off for the 4th time so will call someone else in the morning. Waste of money.............

She liked the person who came out and thought he was thorough and polite and informative.

We did it with a coupon. We have a extra seperated apartment, all was done for $120.00. We have a pond and they were very careful to not get chemicals in it. Jason was very professional and answered all our questions. What a pleasure after working some other well known chain companys.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for this company. I wasn't very happy with it. I don't think I would use them again. It didn't seem to work. I had an issue with some silver fish and did the thing, but the roaches are still there. I didn't gain a lot from doing that. The experience itself was fine. He came in, he did the work, but what he did didn't seem to work as well as I would have hoped. I still continue to have a problem with some of the bugs I had. I found roaches around, little ones. I didn't have a roach infestation, but I can see roaches occasionally here and there and silver fish. Those are the reasons that I did the pest control and I left him a message through Angie's List but I never got an a contact back. As a service provider it was fine. They did the work, but whatever it is that they did I don't think it was very effective.
