The first spraying did not seem to get rid of the scorpions, but they came right back without any fuss, and did it again. This time it nailed them.

My experience went well. The first time they did not do the work but they came back around and fix it for me.

Nature's Own Pest Control was good to work with and the folks were very professional and punctual. We just found that the pest control provided was not particularly effective.

I am so sad to say that I have to change my opinion of this company completely. When Brandon came out to clean my chimney I contracted him to install a blower. He told me at that time it was no problem that they made one especially for my fireplace and that he would be back the following Wednesday between 2:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.. After waiting all afternoon he never showed and never called. I called the following week to see what happened and he said the office was supposed to call me and cancel and that he needed to come back and measure the fireplace and get a number. (Why didn't he do this the first time? duh? After all they did make one especially for my fireplace) Well, he came back to measure, came in, no tape measure, no flash light, we let him use ours; he measured the fireplace and got the model number. He said he was all set and would be ordering the blower in the next few days and would be texting me pictures to let me choose the one that I liked best. I sent him a text 2 weeks later and he said the office girls were supposed to order it and hadn't so he guessed he would have to do it himself. I asked him, "What about the pics you were supposed to take and send to me?'. I got no answer. I called the office the following week and asked about it again. The girl in the office called him and he said he needed to come back out and get the model number. Welllllll he had already done that. This had been going on for over a month. I told her I was tired of the run around and him just lying to me repeatedly so to just forget the whole thing and I would find someone else to do the work for me. It's not like this was a $50.00 job. The blower was $300.00. I would NOT recommend him to anyone unless you want a big run around and being lied to repeatedly.

I had no problems with that. Everything was straightforward. Just one employee came out and it took him about an hour tops. He was helpful and honest. There were some things that did need repaired and let me know how much it would cost if he did it; as well as if I were a hands on guy, I could do it to and I would have to order a special cement.

All in all, I feel I did not get any value for the money, and i will not recommend this provider nor will I use them in the future.

They scheduled to come out on 08/16/2014, a Saturday, between 2 - 6pm. (This was after I had notified Angie's List that no one had contacted me yet.) No one ever showed up. I received a call around 0830pm telling me that no one was home and that there was only a busy signal on my phone. I explained that I WAS home because of the appointment. They responded that the technician came by at 0700pm, not within the scheduled time, and no one answered the door. I told them I was in my living room waiting on someone to come by and that I had my phone with me and received no call. After being put on hold, I was told that perhaps the technician went to the wrong house. I did initially re-schedule but I have since cancelled that appointment and asked Angie's List for a refund.

This was an Angie's List deal I purchased. The call to the company and making the appointment was easy and efficient. Technician was one hour late due to prior job. When technician arrived he was courteous, professional and got right to work. He worked efficiently and explained what he was doing, what he was looking for and what action(s) he was going to take. In addition to doing an excellent job he educated me so that I can become an educated consumer.

We were scheduled very quickly after purchasing the deal, and a nice young man came to spray our home. The appointment took about 15 minutes. There was a strong, floral scent that lingered for a day or two, but it was safe for my dog and infant to be around.

They came out and were on time for the appointment. It took him about 15 minutes to look around on the roof to inspect the chimney. He made sure that it was clean and that it would be usable.

railThe serviceman was very personable and professional. I shared my concerns about bringing roaches from our rental house into our new home. He eased my concerns and revisited us 2 weeks later to check and add more product to make sure we hadn't seen any roaches or ants. He will return in 3 months to reapply and again 3 months later.

Everything went okay with them. I wasn't actually there when they came in but my son was there. They came in and did what they were supposed to do. It was fine.

It went alright but everything wasn’t removed.

I bought Groupon voucher for general indoor/outdoor pest control treatment for $45. I feel that I totally wasted $45. It is easy to schedule an appointment and the gentleman came on time. The chemical he used did not have strong odor. He spent only about 25 minutes in spraying inside and then outside of our 3400 square feet house. I did not follow him outside, so not sure what he did. He mentioned he found and removed a couple of wasp nests, however one week later, I found two wasp nests on the exterior wall. I am not sure if that is new or spots he missed. I told the service technician that the main issue bothering us was the regular ants in our kitchen. He said we should feel the difference after he spray the chemicals. However after using the service, we did not feel any difference in terms of ants. There are still a lot in the kitchen. Because it is a groupon deal, I was told that there is no warranty. In terms of interior spraying, the service technician is very rushy to finish his job. He probably took about only 5 minutes in spraying baseboards, as he skipped all of areas that may have things like furniture, ottoman, chairs, fruit baskets, empty boxes, and plants nearby. He did not even bother to just remove small stuff to spray the baseboards and simply skipped those area. Overall, I feel I spent $45 for nothing. Really NOTHING!

The whole house did smell of peppermint, but everywhere he sprayed was wet. I have an old cat and my husband is very sensitive to cleaners and perfumes, so I spread out the solution in the kitchen counter tops and window sills with a cotton cloth, which I left near the kitchen counters to continue repelling the bugs. We called them in the first place because we have fruit flies and sugar ants. The sugar ants came back after a day or two, and so did the fruit flies.

Did what I paid for. Would use again.

In December 2013 we had availed of a chimney sweep deal through Angie's list and paid $ 90/- for the same. Due to some error in communication the chimney sweep only visited us in June 2014 ( after 6 months ) He just took one look at the fireplace and said we dont do those kind. You should contact the manufacture. He could not wait to leave. We have a gas based fireplace made by superior , model DT-800CMN. This also we discovered on our own after opening the fireplace. On superiors website they have a couple of service contractors who are Houston based and would not come to galveston to look at the fireplace. So six months later we are out of $ 90/- and still do not have a fire place that works. Here's hoping that Angie's list can help !

They were very professional and eager to be thorough. He was at the home for about 45 minutes. He used a chemical free treatment.

I'm very happy with them and I signed up with their service agreement. Before that, I bought one of their rodent control deals and they did what they said they were going to do and got rid of the rodents. They're kind of a one-stop-shop. They can do some may different things. They can fix your chimney, capture rodents and do pest control. They can also do lawn services. They just do so many different things.

They were very thorough and when they said that they would come back, they did. They were professional and courteous.

I received the service I anticipated. The tech arrived promptly and was friendly and courteous.

As I mentioned above. They were punctual, professional. I just wished they spent more time discussing way to avoid bug problems in the future.

The appointment was kept in a timely way and the service person was professional. The materials used were pleasant smelling, but did not seem to address the main issue for which I called-wasps. In fact, I was told that the specifically treating wasps would be an extra charge and a return visit. An earlier company was very effective at all pests.
