It went as expected. he sprayed inside and outside. The smell was lavender and it dried quickly. He also checked my fireplace for safety issues at a small fee. Overall happy with the service and hired them quarterly.

That worked out just fine. Prompt service. The gentleman was very good about taking care of things and I thought he was very knowledgeable.

They did good work and both workers were was on time, clean, and wore booties to protect my floors. They were very personable and inspected the chimney very well.

I'm ashamed that i can't remember our technician's name because he was terrific -- punctual, very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We've always had fireplaces in our previous homes, but are new to gas fireplaces. We had a zillion "newbie" questions about safety and aesthetics, whether it's OK to burn wood, etc., etc. He was extremely gracious in answering all our questions and showing us the ins and outs of our new fireplace. We had a wonderful experience with Nature's Own and highly recommend them. We'll definitely call them again for both pest control and fireplace maintenance.

It was good. They came right down after the purchase. The service was good.

The technician put a sheet down in front or the hearth to catch any debris that may fall out. He was quick and he knew how to use his equipment effectively. It was great that they had extended hours so we did not have to take time off work. They came around 8 PM.

The technician was very reliable and punctual. There was no mess to clean up. I thought the price was a little high, but didn't get a chance to shop around, so really can't say.

Nature's Own Pest Control promises too much and delivers too less. I bought a deal on Angies List for $69 hoping to have a more natural chemical-free solution for my house's interior and exterior pest control. The service man knocked on my door and said he will do the exterior(foundation) first and then interior(baseboards). I let him and kept an eye on him when he was outside. He thought nobody was looking and did not spray on the exterior sides and back of the house, he simply sprayed the front of the house and returned. I asked him specifically if he sprayed on the sides and back of house; sadly he was not truthful. I pointed out that I saw him skip the sides and back of the house which was part of the services to be performed. He had the gall to insist that he was not lying and he did spray. I felt very disappointed with his outright dishonesty. I insisted him to do it again and he very grudgingly did. Then he came inside the house and I had to keep an eagle eye on him(he was now aware) to spray all baseboards as part of services to be performed. He did spray with constant supervision; which was a pain as I expect such professionals to know their obligations. Long story short, I will look for another company and not go back to them. Lesson - Dishonesty is not the best policy !

Started off good, gave me a great price via phone for rodent exclusion & squirrel trapping. Set appointment for 12/27/14 from 8am-11am but no one showed up - I was home all day. I tried calling at 11:30am but only got vm and no call back. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If they don't show up for the appointment how can you trust them to do the follow up? (especially important when dealing with rodent situation!)

I didn’t think that their service package was the best way to go, so I exchanged it for something else.

We had an important outdoor event pending in a backyard swarming with mosquitoes. Our treatment was effective. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. I recommend them.

I would not recommend this company. I purchased the Chimney Sweep service and inspection through Angie's List thinking I would get a reputable company. The first visit I received a written quote from Brandon for the Chimney Sweep, Chimney Inspection/Repair and the re-skin of my fireplace. No services were performed that day. The second visit Brandon began the process of trimming the brick with a circular saw to re-skin my fireplace which resulted in a huge mess. He did not have any material to protect the floor or a vacuum cleaner to remove the debris or dust. I had to pull mine from the garage and act as his assistant. The third visit 2 different young men showed up and performed the chimney sweep and chimney repair. I inquired about the remaining work on the fireplace and the young man asked to see my paperwork. He then stated he had to step outside and make a phone call. When he came back in he told me that Brandon had been transferred to Austin for re-training and that they could not perform the masonry work (re-skin) on my fireplace (even though I have a written quote and he started the work). I called the office and requested to speak to a manager about the quote and the remaining work and I was told that Nature's Own does not have anyone that can do the masonry work at this time but they would send someone who could give me a quote. The fourth visit John shows up stating he was there to do an inspection/repair. I quickly gave him the history and he too stated he had to step outside and make a phone call. He came back in and told me Brandon was no longer with the company and they do not currently have a mason on staff. He offered to get a mason they use to come out the next day to give me another quote. The fifth visit, 3 guys (contracted by Nature's Own) showed up and gave me an outrageous quote. I have a written quote on Nature's Own?s forms for masonry work from an employee of Nature's Own. The employee started the masonry work but now that he no longer works there, Amanda (office staff) confirmed today that they will not contract someone to finish the work their employee started, or cover the difference between the new quote and their quote.

The 1st guy came over, he was running about an hour late, but he had called. He was very friendly and cleaned the chimney out which had not been done in approximately 12 or 13 years since we had bought the house. He did say that he thought we had a 6ft high hornet's nest so penciled in another appointment to come back and "remove" the hornet's nest with organic chemicals. There was a couple miscommunications in between the 1st and 2nd appointment. The office never called to confirm the penciled in time that the 1st service had given me. So I called the office , could not get the original requested date, but did get another appointment. However, the 2 guys that came for the 2nd appointment did not have any details from the 1st appointment person saying that they would need a long ladder to get into the chimney, and also protective clothing. One of the 2 guys then told us they would have to call the office to reschedule the appointment; at which point I was extremely upset because we had already invested a lot of time with the 1st appointment, and now we were having to reschedule again. (Plus my husband had taken time out of work so he could "witness" the removal of the 6 ft. hornets nest (as we had been told.) The guy went back to his truck and after probably at least 20 minutes, he came back and said they were going to try to simply vacuum out the hornet's nest. Surprisingly it worked. The reason why I gave all good marks is because overall both the 1st service person and the 2nd service guys were very good. Probably just a huge misunderstanding.

The scheduling on the site was conflicting with what the email stated.

They gave me advice about needed maintenance to the fireplace area. They were careful not to stain my white carpet. Thank you, guys!

Besdides the fact that he arrived at 5:15 for a 2-5 appointment, all went well.

All went well! He showed up on time and did a Very professional job. of cleaning my chimney. I built the house 28 yrs. ago and this was the first time , I had the unit cleaned by a Professional.

Vendor showed up on time and preformed the work. The guy who did the work was friendly and knowledgeable.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were okay. We haven't used them again because we have another service. There were no other charges. They were friendly. I could tell they wanted more business. They came, sprayed and did their job. They were good and the price was good. They came pretty quick and they were on time.

It went terrible I just cried. The machines are brand new this guy spray painted the vent however there is paint all over the machines he also tried to it off and scratched up the tops of the machines and left paint and grout every where and the vent still doesn't work and my laundry room destroyed along with my washer and dryer.i also did a review on yelp and they called me and said that if I left the reviews up they would not fix anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone they are dishonest and will not fix what they destroyed I do have many work orders with estimates they chose their selves to send these men out I have all of the receipts I have everything from all of these workers saying what needs to be done but they chose to do it their way so I am at a loss on my laundry room my dryer my washer or ruined and worthless but yet I bought them brand new and they refused to replace them instead they want to send out an appliance guy to order parts for themthey should do it right by replacing them Henry doing my laundry room he tore up everything in there
