The person who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He protected my chimney surround and furniture when he was cleaning my chimney.

When I tried to call his long distance number back he didn't answer, I called the service and cancelled. 15 minutes later I received a call from Zachary Hicks the service person explained he was sorry that they had overbooked him and that his supervisor should have called to reschedule. On calling Angie's List the service has been horrible, I have called back three times this evening to ask for a refund and have been left on hold listening to that horrible music for 20 minutes. Last time I called I spoke to Sara and she informed me that there were a couple of people ahead of me and again I was left on hold.

We're very happy with Angie's list overall but our dealings with this company have easily been our worst experience so far on the List. Re the rodent exclusion. We needed the exclusion to be after dark as rodents forage for foods after dark and over night so we wanted to seal the holes after sunset to seal them out (vs sealing them in). We were advised that technicians can come out as late as 10pm so scheduled a visit between 7 and 10pm. The technician arrived at 5 pm, two hours before dark so we rescheduled. The same thing happened a second time but third time a charm we got it done after dark. Incidentally when you call their office to speak to somebody they have an answering machine service who take a message promising a manager call back but this never happens. Messages seem to go into a black hole. Last month we received a reminder call regarding their 'scheduled service call the following day'. I made it clear that we did not call for service and asked if this was one of the no-charge visits as part of the plan which I was told it was. After checking traps I was presented with a bill which I explained should be part of the plan. The technician stated this visit was in response to specific call so I explained that was not us. We did not request a call out and assumed this was a no-charge periodic visit. He called his manager and came back to apologize stating there was an office error on their end. The actual customer who called for service it seems never got it that night. I made sure the invoice I signed showed $0 balance and stated 'free maintenance visit'. Today I received a call from their collections / billing team about this visit so I explained the whole things again. The technician called his manager and then called back to say it was owed so now I'm requesting they file with small claims so I can dispute I owe the $0 invoice that I signed. Please do not deal with this company. I would hate for others to go through the same thing

Bugs still appeared well after treatment. Was trying to call them for a revisit and customer service didn't undertsande what I wanted them to do. Tried to call today 03/20/2015 to have them go back out but sounds like the business is not in business anymore. And mailbox is full

The technician was just fine, courteous young man. I think he did a good job. I will give a good rating. He came today. They responded quickly when I scheduled the service. They did fine. They cleaned the fireplace; back in the wall, got up on the roof to take a look at it and cleaned up there. They had a couple of recommendations on things they thought maybe should be done. They were very helpful on things related to that but not specifically the service. They were yet to recommend how to take care of it. They were very courteous and they wanted to make sure that we were very satisfied and pleased. They did in a very nice way. I think they did fine. They came in two days after I purchased the big deal, I say they were fast in responding.

They were very good. They were within the purchased Big Deal price. They showed up on time and delivered as promised. Price wise I thought it was reasonable.

That was OK. They cleaned one vent. Scheduling was OK. Nothing stood out to me. They were cooperative, they came late but they let me know that they were coming late and they were pleasant to deal with. We didn't spend anything extra.

It went excellent! Very professional! A two man team. The lead person was very personable and I will ask for him again when I am ready to do some of the repairs that I need. I apologize, I do not have my information with me so I do not have the young mans name! SORRY guy!! I will try to find it and add to the review. I would highly recommend this company as well as the leader that came to my home, as soon as I can find his name I hope they will let me add this information.

This was an introductory offer so the price was right. No one showed up for their appointment time of 1-3 pm, When I called to remind them they said they would send someone right over. I needed to leave the house around 5 so I told them they needed to be finished by then. No one showed up before I left around 5. When I got back to the house 2 men were there and said they had just finished and were leaving. I told then that we had seen small dark bugs in the kitchen sink area. They said that they were probably German roaches and the treatment they just did wouldn't help so I needed another appointment. I was told later that they had only been there about 20 minutes and they did not even go upstairs or in any bathroom. One of the men told me he didn't know he was here for pest control and that he usually cleaned fireplaces.

Provider showed up on time and service was good. Cleaned up after themselves very well too.

I do not think they came back. I thought they were going to help me seal off the attic, but they did not do that. There were no additional fees to the $149 Big Deal purchase price. I would not use them again in the future.

Wonderful job! The 39 year old house had never had the chimney looked at but wasn't used much. It was full of bird nests, flue was stuck shut, pine tree was over hanging the chimney and the chimney has no cap. (Probably came off during a hurricane & was never noticed.) Will definitely have them back out to have a new cap installed - quoted $75.00. Sonny was quick, thorough, professional, knowledgeable. Overall awesome! BTW, he kept me from burning down the house! Didn't know the chimney had no cap & tree was right over the top. Thank you Sonny!

The experience with this company was fine.

Technician did not cover furniture and floor near fireplace with drop cloth. This results in ash and debris covering the floor and furniture.

It was very good and they suggested some other things we could do. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The scheduling was very easy.

We had them and they did a good job. He had to come back, because he had to repair something on it. We didn't know at the time if my husband was going to do it or not. We had to pay for the repairs, because that wasn't included in the chimney sweep. He really did a good job. He was a very kind person, very patient. The price was very reasonable and they did quality work. As soon as we gave him an answer about the repairs, he immediately made a date to come back. And it was just a couple of days later. He was on time. He was very polite and did not make a mess at all. He cleaned up after himself and left everything the way he found it.

The service was very good. They even stayed longer than the time to make sure to get the job done right.

Great experience. Came shortly before New Year's Day on very short notice. Showed up at my door on time and had already serviced the exterior. Were in my home less than an hour. Left things in better shaped then they found them.

They did a good job and I have no complaints. They were here on time and easy to schedule. They went through and looked at it but said everything was fine.

The service went really well. They were able to come out a bit later in the day which worked well with my work schedule. He inspected and cleaned our chimney. We weren't sure the state of our chimney since it was a new house, but he let us know our chimney was in great shape with no unexpected costs!

The service for the big deal from Nature's Own Pest Control for chimney cleaning, they were great. They came late but they indicated that they had a flat tire and they ended up coming with 2 drivers because the one who helped the first one came also. The lateness didn't bother me at all, it wasn't an inconvenience. They were great. I don't have anything negative to say. They were very apologetic. Once they came, both of them came in and they both made sure that I was okay with what they were doing. They showed me what they were doing and they even tried to sell me some stuff which I think was pretty good but I didn't buy at the time because I just wasn't ready. From a scale of 1 to 10 I would probably give them a 9. The price was pretty reasonable for what they did. There were no other unexpected issues that occurred.

Initial cleaning and inspection was only $90. They did such a great job and offered a good deal to replace the rest of my fireplace so I order a second service for the installation and they were both prompt, professional and not pushy at all. I felt comfortable and happy with their work. I love my new fireplace!
