The provider did a good job. The workers were prompt and courteous. They pulled out the dryer and cleaned the vent from the bottom. Also went on the roof to clean from the top. Did find a few globs of lint on the lawn after the next time we used the dryer though.

I did not notice any reduction of pest in and around my house. I went to lowes and bought some pesticide and sprayed the outside of my house, like a month later, that seemed to work better.

The tech showed up on time and was very professional... he completed the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. There was one issue he pointed out (he had pictures to show us the issue at the top of the chimney) and gave us a quote to fix the issue. We didn't schedule to fix the issue yet (the problem isn't to the point where we need to take action). I would definitely use them again.

The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. One gentleman worked on the chimney while the other worked on the dryer vent. The dryer vent had been evaluated by another company the previous day and I was told they would have to reroute the vent ($$$). The service rep with Nature's Own said he wasn't going to leave until he fixed it. After over an hour, he found the root of the problem and resolved the issue. Kudos for the energy and enthusiasm of the crew. They weren't going to leave until everything was done correctly.

Chris and Frank were great- they were knowledgable about their work and explained everything they were doing. They gave me follow up information on getting my whole house abated, too. They did a great job!

Well, the technician noticed that the flue had been open that whole time! He also discovered some crystalline buildup, which he cleaned out, but reported that the chimney was structurally sound and could be used. He also recommended sealing and painting the tiles within the fireplace, which I may do in the future.

We added on a dryer vent cleaning. It went very well. I'm very pleased with the results. I was have trouble with the dryer and the cleaning fixed it. He was on time, clean, efficient, and did a good job.

He basically condemned my fireplace and said I needed a lot of additional work. However, I was renting so I passed the information on to the homeowner.

They set tips but didn't set up follow up to pick up carcasses. But they came right out when we called them.

Knowledgeable and a good guy.The only issue that I had was that I purchased the chimney sweep online and I was told by an automatic email that I would be contacted within 3 days. I had to follow up to schedule the appointment. Other than that, I was pleased with the work completed.

No work was done but the technician had me sign his evaluation of the premises and plan of action. He said he planned to return the next day to do the work. He never showed up. I called the company and they were unaware of the plan to return but rescheduled me for a week later. Again no one showed up during the scheduled time. I called again and requested to be called before the next technician visited. I was never called for a visit and finally hired someone else. A few weeks later I received a bill, even though NO WORK WAS DONE. I wrote a letter explaining this and sent it back with the bill. Today a collections agency called and said unless I paid the bill I would be reported on my credit and I would receive a call every day. Charging for a service not done is illegal. When I called the company to explain this, I was told I should not threaten them and "they too, can report to the BBB." This is ridiculous because I am not trying to get out of a little $90 bill. But on principles sake I will not pay a bill, no matter how small, that was not incurred. Not only was this company irresponsible with planning service calls, had a number of now shows, they also are billing me for service not done and are reporting me to a credit agency.

He was on time and completed the job relatively quickly. He also gave me some good information on chimney ownership and made recommendations.

The crew arrived promptly, cleaned the chimney , reported the problem, gave an estimate and ordered the parts on the spot. Installation is scheduled for today.

The service was performed on time and for the agreed price. It was professionally done and the results are that the chimney is clean and there are no more leaks after the work was performed.

It took like 2 months to get a quote on fixing my fireplace. They are slow to respond. I don’t know the issues were but we wouldn’t use them again. They did come out and did the service but they were just slow on the quotes.

Everything was great he called when on his way out, and was very professional. This is my first time owning a chimney, and I did not know what to look out for when looking at the Chimney. I will definitely be using this service for a tune up!

The representative performed the inspection and clean, then called to tell me the issues he found. Mortar repair and repainting the inside of the chimney with special paint was $150.00 and repair of the top of the chimney was $175.00. These repairs were performed on a different date than the initial inspection. Total additional cost of repairs with tax was $350.00. I am very pleased with the work; this house had not had chimney inspection/clean/repair in the past and really needed it!

They did a good job and I would use them again.
