+ -1 moreThe whole process went well. Mr Farmer provided lots of support and was helpful in many large and small ways. He seemed very knowledgeable about the Austin housing market. Through the company he represents - Kerrer Williams - he had very pro-active assistants that kept thing s moving quickly and were always very helpful with our questions. He had good contacts for the title company and tradesmen to do house inspections. He checked on us after the sale had closed to be sure that we were satisfied with the outcome.
Description of Work: Edward Farmer acted as our real estate agent in the purchase of a house. He negotiated with the agent of the sellers and advised us on price offer strategy. He backed up his advice on price by doing showing property market research, which he shared with us. He arranged for several house inspections in prior to the closing, and advised us on dealings with the title company. He was present at the closing.
