National Tile & Stone

I had a major backyard project done by another provider. They recommended National Tile and Stone for the granite work. We purchased a slab and had them fabricate our outdoor kitchen counter. Communications was terrible and we had challenges getting the right stone. My wife went to the facility to mark the cuts to ensure she got the colors she wanted. They cut the wrong side. When they installed the counter they got mortar all over the place! it was a very sloppy job. My builder had to remove hardened mortar from the front of all the nice stone work. Since the stone was unique we wanted to make table tops from the remnants. We paid for two tops with a delivery date of 10 Sep. on the 9th my wife visited to the yard to ensure progress. They couldn't even find the stone! they eventually found it behind some others. They ensured her that they'd have the table tops ready on the 10th. Well they werent. They then said that they'd deliver them. That never happened either. We called at least 4 times and ethey never produced the product. They also never called back. Fortunately I paid by credit card. I"m about to cancel the charge.
