MUNOZ TREE SERVICE

Tony ( owner ) came to my door mentioned he was working for 2 other neighbors and told me their names. We knew we had issues so I told him to write up two bids one for trimming one for tree removal. He showed me proof of insurance and I was able to verify this. I walked to neighbors and we spoke about what jobs we wanted. My house was pushed over to the following Monday as we had the biggest job. The son stayed on site the guys were respectful. The work was great my trees look wonderful.

Did a free appraisal on the spot and did the work the next day. Cut back trees and bushes off roof, fence, and each other. Shaped and cleaned up. They ultimately ended up doing more work than we'd discussed, but didn't charge more. Clean up was professional. Fast and good work.

Called Tony to get comparative quote on tree maintenance for a rental property. Tony came out and we agreed to a price that covered all the work I needed done. His crew started the next day and even though there were significant detailshis team got them all correct. Even forgot to show him one flowerbed and his team took care of it. Overall did a great job. Couple of areas they could have cleaned up a little better (sweeping) but overall I'm very satisfied with the job they did. Tony was very personable and always on time. Follow ups on messages were within 30 min.

Tony came out, looked at our trees and gave us the price he would charge, not an estimate, in a couple of minutes. He offered to start work the next day and told us he would be willing to do it on the weekend because we are a business and there would be less traffic. His team came out in a week that was hot beyond belief. They worked quickly and carefully and got two very large trees out of a very difficult area without incident. There were no limbs or branches left over and the trees were gone. This company is very to the point, which is exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend you have them come out and take a look at what you need to have done, it really seems like there is no job to big or to small for these guys.

In all cases they did exactly what I requested and cleaned up everything before they left. The total bill was exactly as they quoted.

Excellent - better than expected !!!. The crew trimmed down the dying tree which was likely to fall thru the center of home, by removing the overhang limbs carefully, and took the time needed to avoid any roof damage. Crew was very attentive to my concerns and asked questions rather than just rushing thru the job. It rained heavily in the middle of the work and then they were back to finish on the first good day after the storm. They cut some custom slices off the tree trunk and I plan to use those as large deco step pads in the now large open level previously shadowed by the big tree that was removed. They did full cleanup and removal of all limbs, miseltoe, sawdust, etc The crew worked well as a team, were very friendly, and responsive to questions and suggestions. Arrived when they said they would be on site and worked each day as planned. So I was very pleased and of course will use them for next tree trim event. Tony checked on the team progress several times. Tony has team leaders delegated/assigned, and they manage ongoing activity well. My trees have been trimmed by Tony Munoz several times over the years and I have always been pleased and happy customer. Other residents on this street have also had repeated Munoz services over the years. I am not related to and have no association with Munoz other than being a repeat customer.

This man is very dishonest, he makes promises he does not keep.

Mr. Munoz knocked on my door marketing his business, gave me an estimate for the work on one tree. The next day at the agreed upon time a crew of five men arrived with a truck and a high-sided trailer. They worked several hours to complete the job. We had absolutely neglected this tree in the 15 years we have lived here, so I was quite worried about the results of the severe trimming it needed. They left some untrimmed branch stubs, but they did clean everything up, including the maple leaves that had blown in the from the neighbor's tree. Mr. Munoz knocked on my next door neighbor's door and the door of a neighbor across the street. As a result, he and his crew worked on their trees that day too.
