replacement windows
+ -1 morePaul Mulligan of Mulligan Construction Inc, installed a window for us. The structure around the window frame was not sound but he was able to work around the problem (which was far outside the scope of the window installation). He gave me some stern advice which was to put those repairs at the top of my to do list. I would have hired them there on the spot to take care of it, but unfortunately that would have been in violation the contract with Lowe's. None the less, he took the time to discuss the necessary repairs and even offered to review any proposals from other construction companies to make sure I get a fair deal. I think I'll take him up on that offer. Very helpful and trustworthy. Thanks Paul!

+ 0 moreThey called in advance to work out the best time for our installation and always kept with our schedule. They were very precise with their work. If I ever had a question about what was going on, the explained. The job cleanup, during the work and after, was very good. When they were finished our house looked great. You could really tell the difference in the inside temp and sound, with these new windows and the new insulation around the windows/doors. The main crew that worked on the installation was Erik Dahlen (Great Renovations), Jake Pendleton, and Aelper Marcus Becker. I would use these guys again for any type of work on my home.
Description of Work: We were replacing old aluminum windows in our home with Pella 350. We also wanted to replace our sliding glass doors. One we put in a set of french doors and the other they suggested replacing with a picture window. This was the best idea. What a nice view, plus we gained more workable space in our living room. We also replaced another door off our master bedroom. The crew did an excellent job of installing replacement window, which were purchased at Lowe's. The Pella 350 windows were a little bigger than our old windows. This team worked hard to make the opens bigger (casing), without causing a mess to outside and inside walls. They also replace a sliding door with a french door and made a picture window where another sliding glass door existed. We also had another door replaced with another door. They insullated around all the windows and new doors and put new.

+ 0 moreThe order for the windows came in at Lowes. I was called immediately by the installer, Erik Dahlen. he came to the house and inspected the work to be done. it started right away. There were at least 6 males working on the project. They worked non-stop till the work was completed- This was all done in one day. they removed old windows, installed the replacement windows, framed each one inside and out, and calked each one. They were very professional and clean throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: removed 6 windows and replaced with energy saver windows, built trim around the inside and outside of windows and removed all debris.
