They were on time, on budget, and did a great job.

They did an excellent job of fixing the leak. It seems to be a good and sturdy repair (better than new in this case). The only issue I had was the amount of time needed to access the pipe. With proper saws/cutting tools, I think it may have saved them (and us) at least an hour of work. However, having said that, I do recommend MTZ, they were professional, courteous and the job looks solidly done (our builder's plumber did a poor job)!

MTZ has done two unrelated plumbing jobs for me in the last few months. In both cases, Mario and his team did a great job. They know what they are doing and their charges are reasonable. They are very trustworthy and arrive when they say they will. Mario is and will continue to be my go to plumber.

Mario and crew worked their tales off. Clean, efficient and personable. I like to watch the work performed. Mario welcomed my presence and explained every detail of the progress. Very professional and positive.

Hot water heater busted around midnight on 11/10-11. It was an old unit and the gas valve was frozen and the water knob wouldn't turn off, so I couldn't drain it myself. Called a service on Angies list that says they are 24 hour service. Actually, called them twice. Once at 12:20 am, the second time at 1:22 am. Both times the answering service gal answered on the first ring but was never able to get the guy to answer. I left him two messages. He called me at 5:30 in the morning, which I had only been to sleep for an hour after trying to build a dam in my garage. He said he never got the messages, but funny enough he knew my number to call me. Needless to say, he now has a poor review on his Angie's List page and I will never use him again. Enter, Mario. He lives nearby, but didn't do 24 hour service, so when I got stiffed by the other guy, I called Mario. He was there within 30 minutes, and jumped right in and shut off everything without any charge. My unit was very old, so there was lots of damage. Ultimately, he replaced the heater (got a 50 gal instead of 40 for just $20 more at Home Depot on sale.. yippee!) He replaced the woodwork, the bracing, all the lines, installed a drain, I can't begin to tell you all the things he did. And, he cleaned up. He was reliable, personable, and fair. The only thing I still need to do is replace a small section of sheetrock where he had to put a drain. But he cleared that with me before he removed it. Being the daughter of a (deceased) master plumber, I have very high expectations. He was definitely the man for the job. And, no, he didn't do the job for free, that's my choice not to share that information, but I will say I feel it is more than fair.

We discovered the leak on a Saturday morning and had to turn the water main off, leaving our home with no running water. I picked Mario because he was close by. He came out in about an hour of calling him, looked at the problem and gave me an initial estimate. Although he doesn't normally work on the weekends, he was kind enough to get the job done for us over the weekend so we could go back to having running water. He was very courteous and professional and the job looks great.

One of my tenants called at the last minute with a toilet issue and I found MTZ here on angies list and gave him a call. He was very professional and courteous considering the time of day the call came in. He was able to get all my information and resolved my problem in the same day (unheard of these days)! Overall my experience was excellent and I would reccommend him to anyone!

Turns out he doesn't live to far from me. That wasn't why I picked him but he really is good. I have used him several times. He is really very reasonable. He is was very funny and friendly. He was very patient at explaining things kind of teaching. He just is good. I have already recommended him to my other neighbor.

He is prompt, friendly and very fair with his prices.
