Description of Work: I had requested a quote for approx. a 1 hr. job and they quoted me over $500.00 to do it.. I feel like they were price gauging the heck out of it because I'm a woman and I don't know any better. I instead waited for my husband to get home and he replaced the broken pipe next to our driveway in approx. 45 minutes and he also replaced the valve, for less then $90.00. When I asked if there was anything that we could do to get the price down... he simply said No and then walked off. Ok then!

Description of Work: They have performed no work beyond the estimate. Their initial response was great. I contacted them on 6/13/2014 to get an estimate for a repair. They came out the same day and they had the best price for same itemized statement of work. I signed the final statement of work on 6/18 and we scheduled for 6/20. On 6/20 at 8:30am, they called to reschedule due to weather. Rescheduled for 6/23. On 6/23 at 11:59am, they called to reschedule due to weather. Rescheduled for 6/30. On 6/30, no call no show. On 7/1, no call, no show. On 7/2 at 7:24am, I called them for a status. They said that they had gotten behind due to weather the previous week. He said they would try and get out later in the week but they should definitely be able to do it by Monday. I advised it is a holiday week and that it was OK to reschedule for 7/7. On 7/7, no call no show. All communications were with Brett Bidwell.
