Matthew was very professional! He explained each project before and during. He was very courteous throughout. I would definitely call for them again!

I have used Handyman of South Austin a couple of times. They are punctual and have completed the work quickly. Walls, trim and doors looked great when they finished. I will use them again when needed.

Really great. I was very pleased with the work.

Luis showed up on time and did a very professional job changing air filters, alarm batteries, installing light covers, etc. He had a "Mr Handyman" uniform on and drove a truck decorate with "Mr Handyman" . This indicated that the company was professional and not just a part time handyman service. Then time included traveling to the store to pick up the correct size/type of light bulbs. Mr Handyman may be a bit more expensive (approx $300, ((which included supplies)) for two hours of work), but it was well worth the competence.

Luis was totally professional. He showed up on time, got right to work and finished the tasks in minimum time. Most work was done perched on an 15 foot ladder which he had available on his truck.

100% excellent! I have had two of the handymen come to my home to do work. Both times I could not have been more impressed! Not only was the work perfect but the attention to respect for our home was really amazing. Mr Handyman will definitely be our "go to" place to get help on repairs.

Mr. Handyman and Marco did an excellent job for us. He was courthouse, professional and really knew what he was doing. He was clear about the repair process and what he'd need to do to accomplish the project. The repairs were completed on time, at a price that was agreed upon and with very good results. We'd use Mr. Handyman and Marco again without reservation.

Work was done professionally and exactly as we requested it. Extremely pleased with the caliber of work, the punctuality, the ease of working with the installer and completing the work within the estimate. Would definitely use again. We had asked several other contractors but Mr Handyman was the only one who showed up as promised and followed through.

The scheduling process was quick and easy. I believe Marco was the name of the gentleman who did the work and he did a great job.

He used white caulk around the garage door which is an almond color. Thought he should have used almond caulk. I ended up having to paint because the white stood out too much. Chipped the paint around the bathroom fixture and I ended up having to paint that area as well. He was supposed to get back to me on some other jobs that were on my list but I never heard back from him. I've used this company before and had good results, but this time I can't say the same. I'll be looking for a new handyman.

Our front door looks brand new! They went well beyond the norm to try to match our existing paint for the drywall repair. This meant multiple trips to the paint store and re-painting. We couldn't be happier with the mortar work done. All in all, we are very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of their handymen.

Good experience. He was professional. He actually had to go to Home Depot to get some parts so it saved me a trip from trying to find stuff that I don’t know what I need. And he was very professional.

They sent an expert in old house remodels. I was very pleased.

I got an appointment the SAME DAY. The dogs were thrilled to hear the news. And then, the technician even called to say he'd be there EARLY. Yeah. And he fixed it super quick. It was amazing, basically. It might have been a little steep for an unjamming of a busted door/frame (I actually wouldn't know, TBH, just googling "jammed door" only turned up car door info) but shoot. It is so hard to get people around here who know what they are doing, aren't booked until summer, and will even talk to you if you aren't doing an entire kitchen reno or something. Mr. Handyman staff were all super nice, responsive, and helpful. So I'm glad I found them!

The tech showed up and got all the relevant information from me and began working on the door. He was joined shortly after by another tech and after they removed the door, they updated me on what they found and how they were going to proceed with the repairs. It was a little cold that day and they made sure, without any prompting on my part, to seal the entrance with a tarp to retain heat inside the house. The install was completed in the estimated time and to my satisfaction.

They came out, walked the house with us, and then never got back to us with an estimate. I ended up doing the work myself.

They were as professional as I should anticipate.

It was pretty good. He did it pretty nicely. I liked the interaction. He was also very reasonably priced as well. So it was a good experience overall. What stood out was his interaction with me and also helpful suggestions on some of the options I could take which would reduce my cost as well. I also had taken competitive bids from other people and he came out very reasonable. So, I liked the overall interaction with him and the helpful suggestions.

The crew is professional, courteous and conscientious about their work, and I was very pleased with their services. I plan to use them again in the future.

I used them twice. I had a pretty good experience with them. They were on time and whatnot. They did the job. The second time I think that I used them it was okay. Like, it wasn't fantastic. The first one was pretty good and the second one was okay. I think it was super-affordable. Actually I think the second time I used them was cheaper than the first time.

Tim was excellent, very nice and quite helpful. He finished his work quickly but thoroughly. Items I thought would take a long time he finished in a snap, so I had to really search to find other things to keep him busy. His helped took a large load off our shoulders when getting our house ready to put on the market. I would use them again in a snap!
