The absolute worst move in our experience. Myra did not keep us informed on timing or what to expect. Crew was disrespectful, unorganized and filthy. They even stated that the move will be done in one truckload. Turns out they couldn’t even get 1/2 of what we have done in a day. For day 2, they didn’t call, show up and when you call the office no one picks up! We are sitting around and waiting with no clue on who will show up and when. Our lease has expired and we now have to pay double rent for not moving out in time. Further, we need to find an alternate moving company on a Saturday. If you do go with this company, ensure you don’t sign anything till you know your rights on cancellation and a no-show.

Thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that there were communication tensions between you & our field crew on Day 2, which are unacceptable by our Company's standards and for which 2 out of 3 crew members were reprimanded for Unacceptable Behavior. With that being said and for which we deeply apologize fot, the chain of last minute change requests helped spark these tensions. To shine a little light to your reservation, everything our customers need to know is in your Moving Proposal, Terms of Service, and Moving Contract. These include information on Equipment included within package pricing (which does NOT include floor runners/mattress bags), additional supplies available for purchase (which are flooring protection and mattress bags), and Date and Time (Arrival Windows) for your scheduled services. Your move was rescheduled 4 times by YOU before landing on your final scheduled 3-day job. During your moving transition, you became upset because your NEW LAST MINUTE Request to reschedule once again your Next-day move to a later time, and request to get 2 truckloads on the same day was denied by Routing. Like all other companies, we DO NOT have limitless personnel or trucks, therefore, your move is subject to Routing availability. Last minute changes such as "Having crew arrive later because I am not ready" or "I changed my mind, I want my 2-day move to be completed in 1 day" are not any moving company's responsibility. On your 3rd moving day, you decided to disregard your 11:00a-2:00p ARRIVAL WINDOW and call it a 11:00a sharp arrival. When our crews arrived at location at 1:20p, you texted them telling them you expected them at 11:00a and canceled services, for which Routing waived the $100 applicable cancellation fee. With all respect to our customers, not everything is the Service companies fault. If the client takes the time to understand their final preagreed dates/times and whats included and what's not, these type of reviews would not exist.
