The salesman, Adam Rice, sold me a microwave and extender over the phone. We wanted our microwave replaced with the same model but it was no longer being manufactured. Adam Rice suggested an alternate. I asked if we needed to hire a contractor to install it but he reassured me that Morrison could handle the installation. Once installed, it was extremely obvious that the microwave and extender were not even remotely similar to the originals and did not fill the space correctly. I tried to reach Adam Rice numerous times to see how this situation could be resolved but he was always away on "personal" emergencies. The two times I spoke with him, he told me he would get back with me but never did. I then spoke to his supervisor, Dan Byler, who told me the wrong installation was my fault because I "should have asked more questions." I made it very clear in the first conversation that I was not and am not a contractor. Over the next several weeks, I contacted several other individuals at Morrison, each who said he would get back to me and never did. I repeatedly asked Morrison to uninstall/remove the microwave. Finally, I told Dan Byler that I would be disputing the charge on my credit card to which he replied "go head and try it." After my credit card company removed the charge from my account, Dan Byler emailed me on August 5, 2014 stating that Morrison's office would contact me to uninstall and remove the microwave. I received no further communication from Morrison. On August 20, 2014, I faxed a letter to Morrison stating I would be at the house on August 22, 2014 so that its technician could meet me there between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm to uninstall and remove the microwave. Its technician phoned me on August 21st asking if he could meet me at the house earlier in the morning. He uninstalled and removed the microwave on August 22nd. On September 30, 2014, Morrison re-posted the charge to my credit card. They told my credit card company that they never picked up the microwave and had delivered the promised goods which were purchased by me. Do not use this company. My guess is that this is how they handle customer service complaints - repeatedly lying to the customer and lying to the credit card companies. Update: 11/15/2014 The fraud investigator from our credit card disputes department investigated our claim and told us her in her 20 years experience in this industry that she had never seen such a fraudulent and unethical company as Morrison. Morrison did admit to picking up the microwave but refuses to credit back our card.

Purchased materials only for me to install.

My husband uses them more than I do. He uses them almost every single day. I have had dealings with them on the phone as well. I think we spend about $700 on the job. They are very efficient and they know their parts. Their prices are very good. If you go to a depot, a good faucet at a depot that costs $50 is not the same cost as you get at Morrison Supply Company; it may cost $100. Inside a depot, faucets are made of plastic and of parts that wear out quickly. The Morrison Supply Company sells real plumbing stuffs. The insides will be made of copper and will be of a very high quality. We are getting a better deal. We can get a faucet from a depot, but it will probably start leaking within a year. Whereas if we get a faucet from Morrison Supply Company, it will not leak within a year. The quality of the products, is wonderful and we know that what we get from them is terrific. My husband and I will continue to use them in the future.

I called to inquire about availability of a particular toilet, the folks at Morrison described in detail the cost and lead time of the toilet. I faxed in a purchase order and picked up the fixtures a few days later.

Kelli was really great - she gave me really good advice - helping me make decisions that I am really happy with. I was initially blinded by some really trendy designs that I don't think I would have been happy with in the end. She steered me towards some great quality items that are more functional and still look great. The prices I got were as good as any I found on the Internet - really great prices on Kohler items. And she had the large items (tub, toilets, shower pan) delivered to my house for free. They held the big stuff in their warehouse until I was ready to install them. And on top of that, Kelli gave me a lead on a tile installer that was really excellent.

THIS COMPANY DID A VERY GOOD JOB DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS OF FINISHING THE HOUSE UP. I WOULD RECOMMENED THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR PLUMBERS AND SUPPLIES.
