It went very well.

There was a consistent problem with floor mopping in the tiled areas of the house. The first three times, cleaning was adequate. We used the emailed comment forms to ask for improvement; no improvement came. I had the feeling they simply didn't care for my business. We've hired house cleaners consistently; More Hands provided the worst cleaning for the money charged.

Setting up the service was easy and they showed up when scheduled. The apartment looked like it did on move-in when they were done and I was satisfied with the work they did. I had left a few items behind in the cabinets in shelves and they even bundled these up for me and placed them by the door. I was satisfied with the service.

All of the workers drive a Volkswagen with a big hand on the top of it and that it how I can remember the name. They did a great job for me as I didn't have to go behind them and complain about anything. We only used them the one time and we didn't need a contract or anything. They worked in a timely manner and I am happy with their work. They were very polite.

They did a good job overall, but I had to call them to come back. All higher shelves in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms had not been cleaned. They did come back and clean those shelves.

They were friendly, the price was good, and they did a reasonable job for the money, but I am a bit of a perfectionist, and I was not satisfied after two cleans. I have some sensitive finishes in my house, and although I requested particular treatments for those finishes, those requests weren't properly honored and so some finishes were damaged (though not irreparably). My biggest concern with hiring someone to clean my home is that no damage be done in the process, and I was not confident that they could satisfy me in this respect. I think they would do fine in a house with more standard finishes than mine.
