+ -1 moreI had experienced whole house blockage and called Moore and More because my sister had used them. They promptly fit me into their schedule. They performed the service explained to me and showed me what had clogged my pipes. The problem was remedied. They were expensive, but the work is guaranteed (which I don't find often with plumbers). They also offered a platinum service that allows a yearly inspection of pipes and discounted service calls and future service needs. I took advantage of that plan. Everything was explained in detail before, during, and after the process. Great company and crew.
Description of Work: Bobby and Matt arrived on schedule and after explaining all my toilets, showers, and bathtubs were backing up, they went outside to evaluate the problem. They then came inside and explored as well. They explained what services needed to be done and went over pricing before they started any work, and I appreciated that. I knew exactly how much the repair would cost before they even began. They finished in about an hour. They were respectful of my home (wore protective slip covers over feet), and were quite professional and friendly.
