very responsive, easy to work with, the price was fair, they were able to do work that another company said they would not do. Anyways, it was a great experience.

I originally asked Dan to install rope lights in our upper cabinets in the kitchen b/c I thought the puck lights would get too hot. After trying it out and doing a "test cabinet" for me first, we agreed puck lights would look better. We found out the puck lights were safe to use and Dan happily obliged by taking all his original supplies back and installing the pucks. I was VERY impressed with his patience and professionalism on our project. He did an outstanding job and I highly recommend him.

Called Dan on a Saturday, left message. Got call back in a few minutes, came by in about an hour or so for the estimate. Looked over everything thoroughly, asked us questions, answered all of hours. Good communication, straightforward. We got one other estimate that was somewhat cheaper but we felt better about Dan's approach. Scheduled the work later in the week. Work required running exhaust tubes up through small attic to roof for proper exhaust, and lots of work up in a very small crawlspace/attic area. Clearly it was not a very easy job getting around up there from the available access points over to the relevant bathrooms. A couple of small unanticipated finds while up there were dealt with. In all, it took Dan a day to do this, certainly a good price for all that work. Work looks great, no damage or gaps around fixtures.

He completely remodeled the lights in my house before this project. He does his own work so he really cares. He's very reasonable and if you call him one day he will have the job done in the next 48 hours. He is pretty fast, there is usually no waiting. He is safe and courteous, he wants to do an exceptional job because it is his company. I wouldn't have anyone else do my electrical work.

Great experience! Dan answered my initial call immediately, scheduling was a breeze, called me when he was enroute, arrived on time, asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. He was friendly and professional and didn't leave a mess. We will definitely use him again.

Wonderful. I really can't say enough good things about Dan Molitor. Dan has been involved in my house remodel from the beginning and that has been going on and off for 6 years, so I've had him do several jobs as they come about. Dan is a true professional. He arrives on time, is neat and professionally dressed, takes care of the business at hand in a timely manner, doesn't charge exorbitant prices, and he also has an eye for aesthetics. He put in some pendant lamps in my living room and helped me decide where they should go. And, what adds to all of this is that I have an attic with no space in it, so Dan is able to work out the logistics of the job without going up in there. He is pleasant, thoughtful and careful. Everything I've had Dan do (put in 3 ceiling fans, hung pendant lights, put in new kitchen lights, moved plugs and rearranged electrical outlets) has been well done and safe and I've been very pleased. He is the person I call for all things electric. I'm very glad I found him.

I bought an older house directly behind my aging mother last June. Because I am a retired teacher and on a limited budget, I decided not to hire a contractor. I was fortunate to hear about Molitor Electric from a nice contractor i spoke with while waiting to get my building permit. Dan Molitor has done an excellent job in completely upgrading and remodeling all the electricity in my home. I feel because he works for himself and runs his own business, he was able to give me very fair prices and sincerely cares about his work. My nephew, who used to be an electrician's helper, looked in the attic and said that his work was extremely safe, neat , and beyond expectations. Dan would always return my phone calls immediately and could usually come the same day if I needed something else done. I now have a safe, modern house with cool looking lights!!! I give Dan Molitor and A+!
