 + 1 moreJuan did not complete the job he started. He will not communicate with us. He was paid $4000, and he bailed. We have tried contacting him for about 2 months. We started this project 6 months ago. The project is unfinished, and it appears he is now in the Corpus area, used to be in Austin area.
