The electrician showed up on time. He reviewed all the electrical in the house. He fixes the outlets and switches and installed one light fixture. He also installed a power safety at my main electrical box.

They worked very hard and spent a lot of time trying to find my problem. turned out it was simply a light switch that was turned off, but it took several hours to find the problem. The resulting charge because of the time was outrageous.

Well I was asked how Nick B. did on the job. Hey sucked and he did not do anything.. I want to speak to an manager. Then I want to speak to his supervisor.. and this is not Tina B. This is Jessica the daughter. There is a lot wrong here . My mother called and asked for a itemized receipt of parts and prices of that they quoted and showed her the picture on Nicks iPad. They refused. We were charged 300 something dollars for a breaker. they did out in. New panel and ten breakers for my efficiency apartment. This all started due to the stove burner not getting hot enough I was told I need a new breaker from the appliance man that came out. Sparky shows up and it was pretty much a joke. I got charges over 3500 dollars and they messed up the whole thing. Now I have to hire another company to come out and fix what they did. I also paid them cash . They wanted to hook up the apartment to my home box on the pole .Andi said no but they did something cuz the apartment lost power and my breakers popped. They put in a 6 Smaller breaker on my pole. They went into my homes box when told not too. And I did not even get the 300 dollar breaker I got charges for. And they sent two guys out. One did all the work. Which is not the one they are asking for the review on. Nick told me the other guy is a much better electrician then him. Nick was gone for the most part in the van . Then came back and left both my gates open when asked to close them to keep my daughters dogs in..my daughter had to go tell him to shut the gates and leave them shut . They opened the water heater box in the apartment. Which they had no business in. They also damaged the wall that put this new panel on .holes and scrapes . Which I just had this apartment built. My daughter found the damage . They tried to charge me 8000 dollars then dropped to five thousand then to 3500. So after all was done. Later my renter and her 8 year old child. They lost power completely ..because apparently they can not run the heat and cook or shower all at once, because it flips off the power. I called nick Friday and asked for the email with the picture of the breaker etc. and he told me he would do it Monday cuz he is at home and did not have his iPad. I called Monday and he told me he did not have time to do that. he is busy I called the office and they gave my mother the run around and refused her a itemized receipt with parts and prices . And she finally just hung up. I will now call BBB and my attorney. And they took the my breakers that were on the old panel .which nothing was wrong with them at all. Actually I did not have any of these problems till they came out. My working ten breakers they took. They were not broke. I am upset. After I heard the way they were talking to mother and treated her like she was stupid. She paid flipping cash. And now I have to call another person to fix everything you all touched. You will not get away with this .I want the receipts with pictures of the parts you provided . Especially the 300 dollar breaker and prices and my breakers back. I also took pictures of the wall damage. And this all needs to be fixed. Shame on you all for taking advantage of a lady and right before the holidays. My name is Jessica Cannon. They are very expensive. But do good work. And get it done fast. Still too expensive. I will be paying for the service for the next five years.
