Great company if you need something done fast & that day call here - customer service is outstanding - but I asked the tech about my problem and he went around finding other problems as well - was nice & polite but kinda pushy on another issue getting fixed only stopped asking after said would call to schedule another appointment

More expensive compared to other contractors bidding on the work. This contractor was able to perform the job the same day as was needed (sooner than others). The workmanship and service was excellent -

Jay was a true professional. We originally was only going to have one outside outlet replaced but after talking and getting estimates he did several jobs for us that morning. Great job!!

I made an appt. for them to come to my home at 8:30am. A young lady called me at 8:30am and said they couldn't come out because the electrician had a doctors appt........I had taken off work for this appt., which I told her. She said, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." And hung up. I called back and got an older gentleman (by older, I mean NOT 20yrs old) and he said he would try his best to get someone out. And he did, at 5:00pm. When the young man got to my house, he was very nice and professional. I wanted a switch MOVED, but it was not possible, so he disconnected the switch by clipping the wire and I will get a light with a chain. And that cost me $85.00. The gentleman who scheduled him (Jason) to come out to my house said because of the problems getting an electrician out to my house there would be NO srvc charge, which he said was $40.00. Soooooo clipping the wire would have been $125.00 ????????? I paid the $85.00. The young man that came to my house was a very nice man and I have absolutely no complaints about him.

Both Paul and Andrew where well prepared for any task and represented Mister Sparky very well. The work was performed in a friendly and professional manner which is exactly what I expected from a Five Star Company. The best part of this experience was they showed up on time and ready to work. After two very upsetting experiences with local electricians, either not showing up when expected and/or not returning calls, I can say with the utmost confidence that I will be using Mister Sparky in the future and If your time taken away from work or family is high on your list ... You Will Too.

Totally professional folks. Worked clean, removed all debris and handled the jobs with a sense of urgency and safety.

Timely response to inquiry and very efficient at keeping me informed on the arrival of the electrician. The electrician was excellent and did a thorough job.

Was happy with the service had new smoke alarms put in and some other things looked at, Kind of on the pricey side i thought but the service was good have a good service guarantee and that means alot to me. i see alot of the other reviews feel the same way about the price since reviewing other companies i was wondering how they determine there prices?
