Easy to schedule, they stand behind their work, licensed electrician, courteous and very efficient. Very knowledgeable. I also got estimates for a breaker box replacement. Top notch but somewhat expensive.

They replaced a ceiling fan for me. The work was fine. I don't know why I had to have an assessment of my entire electrical system as well, but I got it.

A friendly technician that worked quickly and diligently. Updated electrical panel, fixed outside yard light and installed hard wired smoke detector. Cleaned up job site well. I would highly recommend them.

They called 2 hours after our first appointment and said they were 45-60 minutes away so I cancelled them b/c I had plans. Their is an advertisement on their van that says, " if we are late, the repair is free". I called them on that and they said I only get a maximum of $288 off. On the back of the agreement folder it says if they are late you only get a Level 4 reduction so they have to go by that. I think it is false advertisement and fraud. The technician put holes in my wall and said they will contact me the next day to schedule a repair appointment. That was 4 days ago and nobody has contacted me. Stupid me, I paid them in full. I DO NOT recommend this company. They charged $220 per light installed when I could purchase the same light at Lowes for $35.

Joey was the service tech. Very professional, did the safety inspection and showed me my options N let me decide. Did not push any one option. Will ask for Joey again if I need any electrical work done in the future.

I took off work for the appointment time we set up (2-4) and they said they would call 30 minuets before the electrician arrived. They called at 3:45 to say that they got held up and wouldn't be able to come that day. We made an appointment for the same time on the next day. I took off work again and at 3:50 they called to say that no one was available again and offered to come on the following Monday. After leaving early two days on a row and having no one show up, I couldn't afford to trust them again.

Very professional job. He kept us informed in every step of the project.
