They send a picture of the individual that's coming over to your house.

Service person was a "Pro." even offered a quote on replacement in wanted....NO pressure to lock it in . I`m VERY pleased with ALL aspects of the call...including Customer service !!!

Service and installation was great. Electrician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I thought price was a little steep but overall 5 star is earned.

Project: Installation of lighting fixtures They were professional and arrived at the appointed time and answered my questions as they did the installations. They did a great job.

I had a chandelier that wouldn't come on and a ground fault detector that was faulty so that my garage lights wouldn't come on. They spent two hours (I took off work) doing a safety inspection of my house and produced an invoice for almost 6 thousand dollars for recommended safety upgrades, accompanied by hard sell verbiage. I declined. It took them 10 minutes to fix the chandelier (a bad connection at the ceiling) and the garage light. They charged me $320.00. I discovered after they were gone that the dimmer to the chandelier switch doesn't work. The lights in the garage lights worked for a few days, then stopped working. Terrible.
