they came out in a thursday and could not find the problem and the issue did not happen while they were present. the issue happened later and they came out the next day and looked at the issue again. they forced the issue to happen again to confirm the cause and quoted me. they could not do it that night and could be out the next morning. they came out that morning, got the job done an hour faster than anticipated and did a fantastic job. they have done multiple jobs for me and i would highly recommend them.

Jared is an outstanding professional. The work he performed was certain and complete. No fumbling or head scratching. He knew exactly what to do, how and when. And the price was very reasonable for the time spent. He is talented, as well as an excellent communicator. I shudder at most in-home "upgrade" offers; but Jared's presentation of whole-house surge protection was absolutely low key and educational. I learned something. And my wife and I will seriously consider adding whole house surge protection based on his informational presentation. The benefits are clear, and Jared delivered information without a hint of pressure. I will be returning to Mr. Sparky for any future needs, and will eagerly recommend them to family and friends. The office sent a text that our professional was on the way, and sent a picture of who was arriving. Jarrod arrived at the appointed time, was very thorough in his inspection, and carefully explained all of my options. I was e-mailed the inspection list with pricing so I can plan upcoming projects...stuff that must be done vs. stuff that is not critical to household safety. Jarrod installed a new ceiling fan to replace the one that had fried wires. He used shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt in, was very polite, and easy to work with. He didn't even mind my guard cat stalking him.

If money is no object call call Sparky.

The Pro evaluated the electrical system and determined that it did not need replacing. He manually corrected some wires that were not connected properly. He was very thorough and gave an estimate if the system failed in the future. There was no charge for this visit.
