+ -1 moreMike was recommended by a close friend for his prices and services. My experience was fabulous. Mike came out to diagnose the problem within a few hours (and I did not consider this to be an emergency) and did not charge me an emergency or service call. He replaced my water heater the next day. The closet where the water heater is located is very small and cramped and the install was difficult. Mike's price did not go up from what he quoted me. I can't say enough wonderful things. Mike was prompt, professional, and very kind. His prices are fabulous. My neighbors paid much more for their water heater and installation and mine is of better quality.
Description of Work: Mike replaced my gas water heater and performed some other minor plumbing repairs for me in my home (built in 1972).The customer shut off valve at the street had been defective for years and I had never thought I could afford to have it replaced. Mike came back and replaced that several days later. The price I indicated included the water heater and install and replacing the customer shut off valve.

+ -1 moreMike is very flexible with his time. He was willing to meet us after work. Cost was very reasonable. Also very good personality and communicates well.
Description of Work: Installed a water filtration system and did some tweaks on my dishwasher. Fixed my toilet and leaks in my tub. Also fixed an outside connection pipe.
