+ -1 moreWe have done carpet and linoleum business with Mikes flooring, at at retail store, 3 hair salons over the years and the old house on main and current house on Bluebonnet. Had planned on tiling the master shower and tiling the living room, dining area and kitchen floor with matching tiles and redoing our kitchen countertops. Not going to happen with Mike's flooring, We have been loyal to Mike's flooring for 30 years and a feel very slighted to be left with an expensive poorly set tile floor.
Description of Work: Tiled Guest hallway satisfactory, but tiled Master bedroom and hallway - tiles off up to 1/4 inch, you hurt your feet if you walk barefoot. Very sloppy job. Didn't order enough of same color to match guest hallway with Master bedroom and hallway. Promised to order more tile and fix. Put off everytime we have called or gone by store. Also, dumped grout and glue stuff in front yard ruining some of our lawn. Rehung closet doors incorrectly and promised to come back and rehang so that they will close. Still waiting.

+ 0 moreIt went very well. Karen came out to do the estimate and explain the process. The repairs to the wood matched the existing floor. Clean up went well. Everything was stress free.
Description of Work: Mike sanded and removed the finish from our old (16 years) wood floor. Did two repairs and nicely matched the wood. Then they applied and sealer and two coats of water based polyurethane. They arrived on time, cleaned up, and did and excellent job.
