Description of Work: Michelle helped us find the ideal tenant for our rental property. We are kind of particular about our tenants, as we live right next door. We don't like barking dogs and smokers. Michelle thoroughly vetted several prospective tenants, kept us informed at every step on the way and discussed the pros and cons of each prospect thoroughly. We ended up very pleased with Michelle and the tenant she found for us.

It took me a while to find the home that was perfect for me, but she never once rushed me. She kept finding houses that were in the price and style we had discussed. Michelle was always very responsive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She is very up to date on the Austin market. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Austin area. You won't find another agent that gives you the one on one attention that Michelle does. I would definitely use her again.
