+ -1 moreI contacted the Metro Roofing office on a Saturday and promptly got a call back Monday morning from Wilson. He quickly confirmed which work was under warranty (shingles) and which they didn't do originally (chimney cap). He was able to get a crew out to make the repairs within a week and went as far as to send me pics of the completed work I could pass onto the buyer - a huge thing for me since I don't live in town and couldn't immediately inspect the completed work. For the chimney cap he charged what seemed a fair price for the material and installation - and, again, sent pics.
Description of Work: Metro Roofing installed a new roof for a family home in Austin in 2009. (I wasn't involved in the original bidding and installation, but to the best of my knowledge, everyone was happy with results.) Now, some three years later, we are selling the home. In the course of the inspection, a few shingles with regular wear and tear were noted - along with a missing chimney cap. (Probably blew off in a storm.)
