Not happy with posts. Still loose but haven't had time to follow up.

An old aluminum bench was peeling paint. They sand blasted the old paint off and applied new paint (powder coating). The bench was as good as new and has remained that way for over 5 years.

Bruce's empathy for my situation gave me a greater sense of responsibility to fully pay for the services rendered even though I may not have been 100% satisfied. This is a rare find in this day and age and it certainly has not gone unnoticed.

They do respond back to voice mails or emails in a timely manner. They left material behind and we asked them to use our material and they didn't. We had some poles that were in good shape and they removed them anyway. The quality of work was not good at all. The fence is up and that is the only good thing that came out of this.

In our record wet spring a few rust spots appeared. I emailed Jimmy at the end of July and the next day he came out and fixed them. I couldn't be more satisfied with Metalink. (Note we waited before contacting because the Google Fiber people had the front of our yard blocked off for two months, finishing only the last week in July.)

Began well while working with initial consultant, Adam, who left and project was taken over by Bruce. Original contact with Adam began mid June. Fence was put up a few weeks later and there were a few things which needed to be addressed, which is not unexpected. 4 missing post caps on one side of the house, large black screw exposed on inner side of gate, where bolt and nut should have been used, and some very slim pieces of picket used to fill gaps on the actual gate itself ( 2and quot; sliver of 5.8and quot; fence picket). I sent pictures of the areas which needed to be addressed and text them to Bruce. Although I have had three separate follow up appointments with Bruce, all of which he was a no show. This is over a three week period of time. We are talking about 50 feet of standard residential fence with a few gates. I have given ample opportunity for these issues to be addressed over the past three weeks.

Working with them was very smooth. Good communication. Honest, clear proposal. On time. On budget. No hitches.

Put up a carport. Went great. About 6 years ago and all remains as constructed.

The service tech was knowledgable and polite. He recommended repairs that met my needs and were less expensive than solutions offered by competitors. The work was done on time and for the price quoted.

I was looking for a certain metal post to build a fence. They had the product and they cut them to size for me. Metalink also makes gates! I had some metal gates custom designed and they worked perfect.

Everyone was professional, courteous, and offered plenty of advice.

After Metalink restored the bench it looked like new, and it still looks like new almost 4 years later. I chose metallic bronze for the powder coating color and it looks fantastic. The whole process was done in a timely manner and I am completely satisfied with the job that was done.

It was an easy transaction. I scheduled it, they did it, no complaints. It's still in good shape and was a quality installation. I'd hire them again. In fact I was the first to use them in my neighborhood as an after sale install. I recommended them to many others and they built many others due to that word of mouth. I think they could probably get more business if they did a direct mail to this neighborhood. They are building, but the carport isn't a builder option. It would be easy to get an approval from the HOA for the resident due to prior approvals.

The paint job was fine, but they dinged our parts, and all of them had an oily overspray on them that we had to clean off.

The gate did not fit correctly. It takes a long while for the gate to line up properly and for the latch to go down. The post the set to hang the gate on has been leaning. I had them back out, and it did the same thing. The fence part of the work is fine, but the gate was not done well. They were very courteous and cleaned up.

Everything was good. The price and service was good.

Great experience with Metalink! Alan Francis was my primary contact and he was a pleasure to work with. Alan organized for some special 'h' shaped vineyard posts to be created out of 4and quot;x4and quot; (and 2.5and quot;x2.5and quot;) galvanized steel. After they were fabricated they were powder coated black ... and they look great. I also purchased 24 6.5and quot; T-posts which were also powder coated black. Alan came out to my vineyard one night after work to see the final product - that puts him in a special category of sales folks that take a genuine interest in the end result. I have some additional work that I'll talk to Metalink about over the winter, I'm looking forward to working with them again.

They are prompt, professional, provide quality work and on schedule. I am planning to have them work on my newest airport project for the same fencing and some gates.

They do have product that not everyone carries. Everything went fine with the purchasing of the product. They are a little pricey however.
