We are always in and out and we asked them to call before hand and sometimes they forget. When they send a different crew out we have to re-communicate what we want done and sometimes there are communications issues.

We have been using them for a couple of years. We had a different group originally, who destroyed some of vases and scratched the enamel of our bathtub. We switched to Merry Maids and they have been amazing. They have not broken anything. They always come. They would call if they could not come the next day, it can rescheduled, so they reliable. I have never had a problem with them. They have never destroyed anything, which is the most important. They are a little expensive, but they are the best.

They did a consistently good job. We recommended them to our daughter and son-in-law and they use them now. We were happy with them. The price was very fair. I would absolutely use them again.

They were way too expensive for what I needed. I have a big house, but I only needed the downstairs cleaned, but they were going to price me for the entire house to be cleaned.

the ladies who came were on time and very nice. my epectations of the level of service were not met however. I expected deep cleaning but they just wiped things off. I would not use them again. I felt they were very epensive. I had to stop them and ask them to use soap and water. when they left the kitchen floor was sticky. I did not review what they had done before they left so partially my fault.

We have been using them for several years. Sometimes they are late and when cleaning the tile floors they do not always get the spots under the kitchen cabinets. But overall we are satisfied with their work.

Excellent. The maids were prompt, courteous, and friendly. I prepared a written list for them in case I experienced difficulties communicating with them. They read the list asking appropriate questions for their understanding. I felt like the price was high for a 1st cleaning, but they did an excellent job on all tasks asked of them.

They come here once in every two weeks. They do not clean the entire house as we do not need that. They clean the five rooms every time they come but they have some special things that they try to emphasize which are different in time like dusting the light fixtures and things like that which they don't do every time they come. They leave a nice home at the end of what they have done. The only problem that we have had with them is that they have a lot of worn out vacuum cleaners. The brushes are going on them and they make an incredibly loud noise. It is not the lady's fault but the company itself. They are very slow about repairing. We think that they did fix it during this last time but the noise is incredibly loud and we told the lady that they are going to have a lawsuit on the company for ear damage because that is too much noise. Other than that they have been very fine. It is the company's fault as they are awfully slow about correcting the problem but they have corrected it finally. Their price is very reasonable. We checked online about what others charge for doing five rooms. They are very punctual.

I was really excited about hiring Merry Maids. They did a clean for a friend of mine, and she was very happy with the service. I, however, did not have the same experience. In my service request, I asked them to make sure to dust all the ceiling fans, wipe down the inside of cabinets, and clean the baseboards throughout the house. The house was already pretty clean with the exception of those items, so I really didn't think it would be a big deal. I had to leave after the maids arrived, so I wasn't there to make sure that everything got done that I had asked. I assumed the jobs I had specifically requested would be done without a problem, but when I got back, I found that they weren't. (Examples: cobwebs still on bedroom ceiling fan, grime and dust in kitchen cabinets, splatters on base boards in bedroom.) :(

They come every two weeks. I haven't had any problems with them. They are friendly and punctual. The crew doesn't change much - one of the maids is the same and others keep changing.

We just bought a house and were getting ready to start remodeling most of the house with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms so we wanted those areas cleaned before we had to use them as-is. I called Merry Maids and was provided the hourly rates for a one-time call out service over the phone and scheduled the service for a couple days later. The two ladies showed up on time and got right to work. I went over with them again (for my own benefit) what I wanted done and they confirmed the amount of time it would likely take to complete. They were very professional and did a good job of cleaning the specific areas I asked. I would use them again for a one-time cleaning and may try them out for bi-weekly cleaning once the house is put back together.

It is really good. It is not quite excellent, but near excellent. We are satisfied. They always call us and let us know when they are coming, so we have a good relationship.

They were an hour late and didn't call. I wasn't present when they arrived but I'd left a list. They pretty much accomplished the list with the exception of: cleaning the top of my kitchen counters because they couldn't reach and cleaning the top of doors and door frames. The ladies felt very comfortable with us and were very nice with my toddler. They were not there the full 3 hours but I still got charged for the 3 hours, which I thought was way too much. I hired another company last year, and the quality of cleaning is about the same, but I expected more from the reviews I'd read. They didn't leave a receipt and when I called to explain about the receipt and the time I was charged for, the person I talked to didn't even offer to take my name, so I felt like it didn't bother them too much that I'd called about these two things.

They arrived slightly earlier than their scheduled time but worked in a shorter amount of time than I had anticipated, which was nice. These ladies were very efficient, professional and did a very good job. I looked over the house before they left(at their suggestion) and there were only a couple of things I had them re-do. They promptly went over the trouble spots again without hesitation. They use all of their own supplies and equipment which is nice. I didn't have to provide anything.

This is a very professional company. The franchise owner met with me at my house to give me an estimate and to explain how Merry Maids works. I have options to have additional services done for additional cost. The same team comes to my home each time. I can leave written instructions for them. They are reliable and show up each time, on time. Each visit they give an area special attention which includes dusting the blinds and the fan blades, for example. I get a written report from the team and it is waiting for me when I get home. This is a good arrangement for my busy schedule. When I had a concern, I called and it was explained to my satisfaction right then.

They did a very thorough job for us. They didn t miss a thing. They made sure that the entire house was spotless before they left. The good thing about this company was that right from the beginning I felt I could trust them wandering around my home. I would feel safe and would be very happy to pass the name of this company on to others.

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY, AND THEY WORK TOGETHER IN A TEAM OF 3 OR 4 PEOPLE. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR QUALITY OF WORK.
