Great.The painting was done and it looks great.

Unreliable

Terrible. We hired Mendez for a very large deck and exterior painting job. The stain on the deck was spotty and poorly applied. The paint on the house was improperly applied and the crews oversprayed our metal roof and windows. Due to the heat the exterior should not have been sprayed and they were spraying with undersized equipment. After we consulted with other paint specialists we were informed that spraying was inappropriate and should not be applied in the hot summer sun. After we insisted they started using rollers. Failed to caulk seams until we caught them taking this shortcut. Failed to fix the mess they made with powerwashing, paint, and overspraying. The costs to repair these errors is estimated to be in excess of the cost of the job. The owner represented to us that he had insurance and gave us a phony insurance certificate. We called the insurance company and were informed that the insurance had been cancelled. Was never provided with valid insurance information. Failed to pay for the lift they used and we had to pay the company directly after receiving a notice of materialman's lien. Would NEVER recommend that anyone use this company.

I recently hired Mendez Maintenance Solutions to build a deck for me. Working with them was a great experience from start to finish. Juan and Charlie were knowledgable and professional. Their quote was fair and lower than the other quotes I had received, with all of the costs for materials and installation clearly outlined. I was a little concerned when I saw that only one person would be building my 144 square foot deck, but was quickly amazed by the amazing job that Esteban did, all on his own. The job was even somewhat complicated by the fact that my yard was on a downslope and my back fence that would border the deck was at an angle, but after very minimal discussion of my hopes for the deck with Juan and Charlie, Esteban very efficiently and expertly built a high quality deck that exceeded my expectations, clearly increased the value of my home, and brought my whole backyard to life - in only three days! I will definitely return to Mendez Maintenance Solutions for all of my future home needs, and I most highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone honest, fair, and skilled to help with their next home project.

Excellent attention to detail. All staff is skilled. Everyone was engaged and dedicated to completing their task. Sales people are great to talk to real people persons.
