+ 2 moreI was in a bad situation - my builder had installed Cypress Siding on my home which started to mildew and warp immediately...then the builder skipped town and nobody would/could fix it. I consulted dozens of professionals (wood, paint, stain, mildew) but nobody could explain or tell me how to fix the siding problems. My home was scheduled to be on a home tour and Mend was my last resort with only a week to go. They got it done and the house turned out far better than I could have even hoped. Steve is a good listener and he will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. His employees are super nice, smart, talented, timely, and professional. Only wish I'd found them sooner...
Description of Work: In an emergency situation (time crunch) Mend Services made themselves available to complete all my seemingly-impossible projects before the week was up. Electrical work - installed and repaired exterior light fixtures, and interior dimmer issues Carpentry - salvaged my cypress siding by pinning down boards in such a way that they didn't break and you couldn't see the nails Siding - Removed faulty cypress siding stain, sanded to salvage the wood from mildew, and stained with better paint Overall: They made my house look perfect for a home tour and took the pressure off of me! Best of all, now I have a go-to fix it TEAM!
