Description of Work: Phil McCrady, who was originally referred and brought over by the man who inspected this house I bought in order to bring the electrical system up to code, is a very nice person and very professional. I live some distance from his usual area of service, and I think he came over originally at the request of his friend, who had vouched for his honesty, reliability and quality of work. One of the newly updated wall outlets out of the many he had updated went out after a couple of months. He found time to travel back out himself and replaced it for free after rechecking the circuit and deciding that that particular outlet was a lemon. As far as I can tell, he did a great job of thoroughly updating what had been some confusing and a bit scary old electrical repairs.

Description of Work: Installed 20 amp. circuit breaker, installed 3 110 outlets (one was a quad), spotted and repaired faulty electrical wiring for ceiling fan, work from a prior electrician, installed one ceiling light in hallway, ran conduit and installed security light at driveway.

+ -1 morePhil McCrady is another person that I have used for over 10 years and 2 homes for all my electrical needs. I have never been disappointed with his work or his prices. He is licensed and bonded. He does residential and commercial work. Again he was recommended by a neighbor who has used him even longer.
Description of Work: The last time that Phil was here he installed a new bathroom light fixture for me. As in all the previous times he was on time, very neat and reasonable with his bill.
