MATTRESS FIRM

Mattress firm on 290 and Mopac applied a Satinsafe product on my mattress that did not work. It could have been applied incorrectly. I now have a huge stain on my mattress that Mattress Firm won't help me with. I have sent in all the forms, papers, receipts that they have asked for, but they don't return my calls. I have been in the store 5 times asking for help. The girls give me more numbers each time to stop by. Most of the employees at Mattress Firm have left the company, so most of the numbers don't work. Now, I have a stained mattress that should have been cleaned by Stainsafe 3 months ago. Stainsafe offered me one day to come over to look at it, but that day they offered I was testing students and I could not leave school to meet them. I offered for them to come the next day but they refused, telling me they couldn't help me for another 3 months. I expected better customer service from Mattress Firm.

Mattress Firm repaired my futon after three days. I was responsible for the transportation of the futon. Repair costs were minimal. The futon has been fine since their work.
