This is now BMC windows for anyone that wants to correct the listed name. Some thoughts on how our interaction went: 1) Terrible communication, once they had our card number for the order they disappeared 2) Scheduled a time to show up and deliver the windows, didn't show, unreachable for almost a week 3) Windows finally showed up and were not protected at all. Damaged edges, scuffed up frames, total mess 4) Missing the screens 5) Mechanism doesn't function right, one window goes all the way up, other window goes 80% of the way up 6) 75% of the latches work correctly, the rest do not Contacted our lovely sales rep about our issues and have been ignored for months. Overall this was a terrible experience and I'll do what I can to make sure anyone I know doesn't have to put up with the same.

A week after they came out to give us the estimate, I lost my job and we felt that the windows were a lower priority. Their estimate was much higher than we expected it to be, but was also reasonable based on what we were asking them to do. They were really fine. The guy that came out had some pretty good ideas for some really odd shaped windows. The estimate they gave us was $18000 or $20000.

They had initially done all the windows of the house but for some reason it had all started rotting. It was too late by the time we complained about it. So we had them replace the whole thing and had to pay for it again. I was a little frustrated about replacing them within 20 years of the time they were put in, other than that I was satisfied with the work done. They were high in their price; I had to spend a fortune on this re-work. The people that came out were excellent.
